    Yes it does.
Bhp is how fast you hit a wall, Torque is how much of that wall you can take with you.

He meant to say - "Stay off my business!" (politely)
Let him be. He's happy ruining his engine. Who are we to force something on someone Shiv? You advised him, he retaliated.

                  Leave it.

Its dirt on the pads Dheeraj bhai. Moreover, quote the post which you are replying to! Makes it easier for non owners like us to get the context of the ongoing discussion.

You can dry wash (compressed air) the disc pads to get rid of the sound immediately. Water wash helps too, but it doesn't guarantee a thing. Wet disc assembly would attract dust particles soon. Else, if its not annoying, you can let it be. It usually goes off within a few days.

The most overlooked part of the braking system has to be the pistons in the calliper. Most often they are not cleaned thoroughly. Dirt accunulates on them, hardens over time & then jam the pistons preventing them from retracting when the brake lever is released. So in engaged position the brake pads are always in contact with the discs & harden. The brade pad surface gets 'glazed' or shiny due to that & reduces braking efficiency by quite a bit. So its always a good practice to remove the brake pads & clean the pistons well, especially the side that can't be seen with soapy water. Strictly no emery/polish paper on the pistons. Hope this helps.
