The actual top speed should be around the 125-130kmph range. But the speedo can show very unrealistic digits😅

Does anyone knows the location of rectifier (rr) in cbr150??

Many cbr250 owners claimed that after this mod better throttle response, less vibrations, slightly increase in fe.
the red marked part is the rectifier

            Thanks

In cbr250 -ve terminal wires are connected to rr.
But in cbr150 -ve terminal wires are connected to chassis right side under the seat.
So, for earth wire mod we have to connect -ve terminal of battery and these green wires which are at the right side under the seat.

I will share images after going this.

Any issue if i mount the wire (for earth wire mod) to any other bolt in the chassis or engine mounts. AFAIk it wont be an issue.

The main side fairing of cbr 250r costs 1300rs each side. Others cost roughly between 300-600rs. So it must be anywhere around 6-7k roughly.

Any idea how much an ordinary service costs there with an engine oil change? With or without AMC?
Quality service also matters a great deal to me. So is their service and expertise satisfactory?

Also, the battery of my bike is almost 4 years old and is showing signs of dying out now. Members, please recommend me a good battery too! Thanks!

My cbr150 is 6 months old now. I've shifted to an apartment recently and the road leading to that apartment is horrible and very bumpy. Now I'm noticing my windshield vibrates at low RPMs and its very irritating. I tried tightening the screws, loosening the screws, but it still does not stop the vibrations. Before I go to the service centre, I would like to know if this is common and is there an easy fix for this? If I push a cloth down the windshield, the vibrations stop, but I don't like having a cloth there.

Check if the screws holding it have rubber washers.

The problem could also be with the digital console coming loose at whatever spot it is mounted. At least that is what I recently observed in my CBR. I have yet to visit the SVC to get them to resolve it and I don't know how the console is mounted onto the dash. Check that too.

Double sided sticky tape is the answer. Open up the windshield, stick 2 pieces of narrow 3cm long double sided sticky tape on both the sides of the headlight assembly where the windshield touches the headlight assembly. Screw back the windshield making sure that the screws are tight. Hope this helps. Cheers.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.
