Not very familiar with part names.

That one circled in yellow is the T stem adjustment nut. Loosening it makes the handlebar free, loose it too much and you start hearing khat khat type sounds going over speed breaker or during braking, so hopefully it's all fine.

    Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

That explains why it started in the first place , my 2nd last service had introduced that vibration while braking, and last service tightened it too much.

          Hi guys,

Lately have been facing this issue.
Bike stalls and refuses to start randomly. Not like post warm up or so. Randomly.

Self start works perfect but the bike refuses to start (ie.no power up)

Whilst this radiator fan kicks in and runs constantly until I turn off the key (regardless of engine temperature).
          Any leads will be helpful.

If anyone faced this issue please quote this post and describe how you got it fixed.

          Thanks and regards

Can you be a bit more specific. The bike stalls intermittently only when the radiator fan kicks in or irrespective of whether the radiator fan kicks in or not, the bike stalls randomly?

            Cheers!

I am guessing your Coolant temperature sensor is busted, it is reporting false high temperature to ECU. ECU cuts off power to engine once it reads very high temperature. Hence the stalls.

ECU is also preventing the engine from starting as a fail safe mechanism to save the Engine damage after multiple self start attempts .
Also keeping ON the fan so that it is expecting temperature to go down, but since temp sensor is busted it's always reporting high temps and fan stays ON always.

Get the sensor checked and battery to start with first.

I think his bike is carb. He should be getting a coolant high temperature warning light (?). Problem with sensor, fan relay or wiring.

Did this issue start after Removal of Fuel Tank? if yes then most probably your Fuel Pipe is the culprit, being clogged between Tank and Chassis.
Ask A mechanic to re install your Fuel Tank taking care of fuel pipe this time.

This Happens to me almost every time my fuel tank is removed for Service

                    Mine is a carbureted model.
The issues is even if temperature sensor is busted. I guess when it's output goes haywire I should get a hi temp warning on console. No such warnings.

                    This occurs randomly.
                    Once happened at cold engine.
Once bike stalled by itself no warnings.

Bike refused to start once at cold engine. When cranking the radiator fan kicked in and was running until I turned the key off.

I'm guessing it should be either wiring harness or the CDI

It has been always my dream to own a pulsar ns200. Now that I own one it has become a nightmare. From the last 3 months I have been facing an issue where randomly anytime the low oil pressure light comes on. The oil level is ok. The light is not having any specific pattern as such. It comes on whenever it wants. It can come on after riding 5-10km or it might not be there even if I ride 100km. Just 5000 km on the odo. The ignorant people in service centre just giving lame excuses like- "The oil is not getting warm enough, the oil might be shifting only to one side, this might be due to potholes as the bike goes into potholes the oil doesn't reach sensor and it shows low oil pressure". I mean What the f**k is this service that bajaj is providing. Anybody else facing same issue? Or can anyone give me a solution for this issue?

I asked for this in service centre, they told me to drop my bike in service centre and that they'll check and replace the- "oil temperature sensor" as according to them the low oil pressure light can come due to faulty oil temperature sensor.
And when i asked them about oil pressure switch they said the oil pressure switch and oil temperature sensor are same thing.😫

Well yeah. I don't know what is wrong with these people. They just can't figure out a simple issue. Hope they don't mess up my bike😖.
