MRF RevZ S 130/70 R17 is the ultimate rear tyre. It's is the OE on R15V2 and I've used the same on my P220. It's a soft tyre so it'll last 15-20k kms but the grip offered is fantabulous. Dry and wet grip, both are really good.

What is the typical tyre pressure you keep for NS 200? Also has anyone explored the possibility of fitting ABS to the rear tyre for the NS?

29 to 32 is the right pressure. The second question is waste of money, waste of time, and it's better to upgrade to a dual channel bike.

Secondly NS are front only single channel unit of the RS200 and not dual channel.

          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

As everyone has mentioned, either mrf messeter or mrf revz s. Go to mrf authorized store and buy it from there instead online as online seller may send you old stock. I have used both personally and they are really good, faced no punctures at all

Please check the Tyre sidewall. There will be a kpa xxx number mentioned in all tyres. A kpa 250 translates to just under 33 psi. Google convert if the kpa figure is different on your Tyre.

Thanks! I checked with the service station and they suggested 27 front, and 32 rear!

Recommend checking what's physically mentioned on the Tyre as well. Heresay is easy to believe.

                      Hi everyone,
Recently I'm facing issue with my tachometer. Every time I open throttle, even slightly. The tachometer needle goes haywire. It just goes crazy touches redline and returns back maybe after a second showing the actual reading. Happens Everytime regardless of engine temperature.
Any clues and leads regarding this issue will be helpful....
                      Thanks in advance

Disconnect the TPS and see if the issue is present.

If not, you know where to look.

Disconnected the TPS meter was going haywire right from mild throttling..
With TPS connected occasional RPM spikes above 4~5k was noticed.
I hope TPS's potentiometer gets disconnected after 4k RPM
Will throw in a new one and will update....
                          Thanks bro...

Change the slide if it is faulty. It is recommended throughout the forum that incase such issue occurs it is better if we change the entire carb assembly instead of the slider as the issue may resurface again and again.
I doubt the carb because as soon as I shift down to 5th gear it again builds up the lost speed and that sense of power loss is gone. has this been a carb issue i think this should have happened across the gears for that particular RPM.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

                              Hi Guys

Need a help regarding an issue with my bike. My handle doesn’t turn freely. I have found two angles at which it kind of gets “stuck” and I need to apply little more force to turn the handle on either side. This results in applying consistent pressure by hands in handling the bike.

Has anyone encountered such an issue? I got it checked by two mechanics, first one said that there is an issue related to the “cone” in handle and said it will cost a few thousands.
Second one simply loosened the handle a bit. Latter seemed to work for a few days but then the problem reoccurred.

                              Bike details:
                              Pulsar NS200 2014
                              24.5k covered
                              Stock tyres
                              Motul Oil
Recently got the fork adjusted in servicing as it used to wobble on hard braking.
                              No other modification.

Please let me know if someone is aware of what exactly could be the issue.

                              Thanks
