I had the same problem and i fixed it by doing a complete coolant flush followed by 3 bottles of distilled water of 1L each. Then refilling fresh new coolant of higher quality. Hardly took me 30 mins and now my problem is 100% fixed. Now my rad. fan doesn't kick in unless am ripping the bike with a pillion at afternoon. There are a lot of videos on youtube about how to do a complete coolant flush in NS 200 to help you out. Its worth it.

The problem still exists and it hurts my left hand as its constantly pushing towards my left. Please help.

Edit:- Would like to add some info
Got the bike a month ago, its a used 2012 model with 19k on odo. I took it to ASC and they said change cone set, after changing the set when the problem was still there, they said "nothing can be done now", just learn to adjust with it. So ASC is no help. I desperately want this leaning problem fixed.
Looks like a front wheel alignment issue faced by many bikes. Take it to a well known mechanic, he can do it easily. To identify the issue follow steps below:

    1. Park your bike on center stand and face the headlight to the front
    2. Look at the tyre and the headlight from the front. The central groove on the tyre should help you.
    3. Since you said the bike steers left, the tyre's central grove should not be in alignment with the headlight i.e. the tyre should be turned a little.

ASC usually use digital imaging to align front wheel and it is very costly. I recommend going to local well-known mechanic.

Search for bajaj genuine parts app where you can find the cost detail for most of the parts.

    Hey there..
    I have a query.
    I have a 2013 make 200ns.
It has run only 20k kms.
Now I'm planning to have it as new as it was.
I haven't changed /replaced anything other than the tyres of this bike.
What are the parts that i need to replace after 5 years and 20k kms , can anyone help and list all of them?
I'm planning to ride my bike from Delhi to airforce stn in Gujrat, so i want my bike to perform without any hiccups.
If anybody can help me that'll be nice

I did Test Ride both of the bike you mentioned, CBR is good but looks are dated and i love doing off-road trails and full fared bike wont be suitable for that. I think FZ25 is better than Fazer 25. Also i'm waiting for Hero Xpulse so let's see. Fingers crossed. And i also considered RE INT 650 but heard a lot about foot-pegs issue especially for pillion and seat is also very narrow.

Well if touring is mainly the priority then Avenger cruise 220 is the beast. Bajaj really improved their game, engine is ultra refined and bike is more stable than most relationships.
And what about 'the fastest Indian' ?

If you don't wanna go for cruiser type bike and kinda wish to stick to the characteristics of Ns 200, then Apache 200 4v is the best after Ns 200 and has the best pillion seat and comfort in sub 200cc segment. With dual channel ABS, gear position indication, Fuel-injection, double barrel silencer with grumpy sound, extremely refined engine and vast network of TVS, it will be ridiculously hard for you to ignore Apache.
