    The bike is more than 5 years old and has run 60,000kms.. so the warranty should be out of the question. and yes, I think I ran quite a few kms until I noticed the coolant issue.

    How much should an engine overhaul cost me? and how would I make sure that the SVC doesn't cheat me? As in just keeps the bike for a couple of days and gives it back like that only? Bajaj has done that with me more than once..

    Or is it better to sell off this bike and upgrade to the Interceptor 650? Won't upgrade to the dominar coz same issues have cropped there too...

    Hi Guys.. recently my NS200 had the unfortunate coolant leak issue wherein the coolant got completely mixed in the engine.. the SVC solved the issue but ever since then my NS isn't the same anymore.     Guys. Any recommendation on how to prevent that silencer from becoming brown?
    I keep washing it every week or between 100 kms but it becomes kinds brown very fast.
    WD or anything special>?

    If they were the culprit engine would misfiring continue but in my case its in between 3-5k rpm

    Hey guys i own a 2017 ns200 i have been facing engine misfiring or we can say bikes behaves like there is no fuel in between 3 - 5k rpm any idea why is that happening. Please help

    Guys.
    Unbelievable mileage.
    So i went on a trip to Bisle Ghat and Madikeri from bangalore.
    Full Tank at Shell pump. Tire pressure 26(F) 28(B)
    Chain lubed. Bike washed.
    While coming back, at 450Kms i again filled petrol to the brim.
    8.5 Ltrs was what was shown in the petrol pump (Indian Oil this time)
    That is 53 kmpl!! I calculated twice on my calculator app.

    The way i rode :
    60 - 7- KMPH whenever possible > RPM at close to 5k
    Gear shifting also was quick - before i could hear the engine 'stress' (I think you know what i am trying to say)
    Traffic was not there at all.
    I took the route which had a lot greenery.

    I will now see how much i will get in the city.
    Probably 36 as usual.
    Next time i go on a trip, i will try the same and check the mileage.

    Just wanted to share as i just cannot believe the number.
