Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Similar singled sided rear hugger can also be found on the Ducati Multistrada and the Diavel.

At least on the P200NS one has the option to remove the rear hugger on the P200NS (a la Track Bike) for that tricked out look. On the R15 one has to physically saw off the hugger in half to do that.

Exactly! When P135 was launched, people criticized it's tyre hugger as resemblance to cycle's. Infact in my opinion, the 200NS's tyre hugger is a piece of art. It makes it stand apart from the crowd and makes the rear even beefier looking.

1.how does the bike feel when riding.. like the vibrations felt on the hands.
2.are the tyres doing its job under heavy breaking.
3.will the pulsar 200 ns be available in all bajaj outlets or only probiking
4.and the best question of all " KITNA DETHA HAIIIIII "

          • @harszee : here are answers for your questions
            1) You can hardly make out vibrations on your hand.
            2) Haven't tried heavy braking so can't tell about tyres.
            3) I guess it will be available through aall bajaj outlets.
            4) Haven't yet checked the mileage.

            • Just called a 2wheeler dealer in mumbai who charges extra money (ON) for spot delivery and he quoted me the following rates (he is not a bajaj dealer, he keeps bikes of all brands):

106000 for black, yellow and blue color.
              104000 for red color.

On road price in mumbai is 97920. So a premium of roughly 8000 for black, yellow and blue color and premium of 6000 for red color.

He said on making cash payment you can take the bike immediately.

However, it is very tough to do the same with R15, which would also involve waste of more time, money and effort. Full marks for P200NS on that!

Yah... for removing and like that, NS scores..... but R15 scores at looks of the hugger.

                • Have all of you guys received the manual? I happened to go through it yesterday and the run-in was 2000km (like other Pulsars)

The max speed you can touch within the first 1000km is a measly 48kmph in 6th gear, all lower gears were proportionately lower.
The max speed between 1000-2000 is 54kmph in 6th. I hope you guys can resist the temptation to go faster.

Before you all go WT*!, I agree with you people since I feel this is too harsh a restriction AFA Running-in is concerned. I mean, even the P220 was allowed a max speed of 65 within the first 1000 and 75 afterwards till 2000.

                    • I saw the video and did I just hear that the head light was attached to the engine and not the battery? Can somebody clear this?
I would rather be riding my bike thinking of God, than sitting in the temple thinking of my bike.

Could you please add a link to that particular post in the 1st post of this thread? That way, people can get useful info easily and this topic won't be discussed unnecessarily again and again .

Damn!! the yellow looks wicked..I personally don't like all bikes in yellow, only a few. But the way it's designed I think it can carry any unconventional color.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.
