Its too early to get a realistic mileage figure, the engine is just setting in , after 1st or second service , youll get the best time to test the mileage.Originally posted by J K View PostYeah.. me too was expecting 40+ in mixed riding conditions. Let's hear from other owners too.
It surely will increase.
Cheers

Regarding seat height
All guys who are 5' 4" or 5' 5 " or in other words short height ed, 200 ns is a tall bike and you have to stand on your toe tips, if you comfortable with that ( i don't think it is necessary to put your feet flat on the ground to handle a bike, its my personal opinion or you can say riding style) then you are good to go.Do take a test ride before booking this bike.
Moreover seat height is greater than pulsar 220 so if you are not comfortable with p 220 then forget 200 ns.I am loving my NS

i find p220 seat height to be quite low ... its good that bajaj took the next gen pulsar concept seriously and changed every single part of it ..Originally posted by Newrider88 View PostAll guys who are 5' 4" or 5' 5 " or in other words short height ed, 200 ns is a tall bike and you have to stand on your toe tips, if you comfortable with that ( i don't think it is necessary to put your feet flat on the ground to handle a bike, its my personal opinion or you can say riding style) then you are good to go.Do take a test ride before booking this bike.

bajaj have taken three long years in developing this new platform and motor ..
some websites even mentioned that every test mule ns had run more than 35000kms ..
this means that new pulsar will not come up with an update every 5 months ..

i am just 5'9" .. i seriously felt that p220 had lower seat than my fz .. even the soft suspension on p220 took the height further down after sitting on it ..Originally posted by Newrider88 View PostAre you 7 feet ???
Just kidding, Even if you are 6 feet, how can you say seat height of 220 is too low ?
may be because i was used to seeing a huge and tall tank of my fz while on the seat ( pulsar220 tank seems flat and small in front of fz tank )
ns seat height is just 10mm more than p220 .. that should not make much of a difference ..Last edited by Rohan200ns; 06-21-2012, 12:33 AM.

But the NS fuel tank(the Tank cover) is much higher/broader than P220's... (At least looks like it on the Photos)...Originally posted by Rohan200ns View Posti am just 5'9" .. i seriously felt that p220 had lower seat than my fz .. even the soft suspension on p220 took the height further down after sitting on it ..

Just saw a P200NS today. Could not spot a center stand. Has it been removed all together? I would call this a pretty bold decision on part of Bajaj as center stand is required for something as basic as cleaning and lubricating the chain!! And are they coming out with paddock stand for P200NS?

Indeed the bike comes without a center stand, however you can buy it as an accessory I think.Originally posted by ksameer View PostJust saw a P200NS today. Could not spot a center stand. Mate, the picture you posted is from February, therefore it is from one of the test mules and they did have the center stand, however they got rid of it for the production model as any of the owners of the bike in this thread confirmed on previous posts.Originally posted by rajesh 01 View Postthrow some light on this picture..
it does have centre stand
Cheers.

Congrats to all the lucky guys on Earth
In between 35kmpl as city mileage as reported by some owners is very good for a power bike like this. Let more beauties come. I want to see a blue one.
I have been following a thread and have become great fan of @Chintan. Superb writeup mate. Keep guiding everyone. You're some big guy
, You contacted Bajaj and got probably the first P NS and also you have a special paid no. 4444.. Cool.
Whats there in a signature?
