Got my bird yesterday...so far drove about 150kms... the issue faced so far is not unusal
1- front disc bakes making a squeaking sound when applied.
2- gear shaft is hard while pointing to neutral . It jumps up or down.
3- indicator switch is not responding smooth it should be feather touch..
4- just an enquiry, do we get a tool kit with the bird or we have to purchase it separately??
    Posting some pics..

In Ghaziavad there is two bullet UCE engine specialist One is in sangam autos head mechanic called sunju and other one is after market mechanic Mustakim. I have done all my free service form sangam auto and then i switch to Mustakim shop.. But i frequently goes sangam auto for just to get info and update.. When your first service is come go to sangam there is a guys "Mahender" Tell him "mujhe sunju se service krni hai". Give my reference to him or PM me before u go.Regarding ur type pressure query i tried all possible conbination but best is in front 22-25psi max if u put more than that u bike vibration increase and less grip. And rear tyre min 30 to 33max. Try to use as per weight in bike .. Increase +2 or+3 when pillion. Otherwise best is 22/32. I am using 22/30 which gives awesome grip.

Thanks for the quick turnaround. I need to deflate my rider Tyre inflation to 22 then ,As I got it to 32 after advice received from Vivek, Sangam Autos. I guess i will be requiring couple of more accessories after my first 500KM as i will be aheading for a 500 KM stretch one side in march.
Its good to get in touch with you as you can suggest me for Sangam autos.

                    ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

Any Pointers on Tire sealants or DynaBeads for avoiding a puncture situation for the time being in case of tubed tyres? Does these things really work , pros and cons etc.

Dont take tension about Puncture .. the Mrf Zapper Tyre is too hard by default its work as Sealant..
If in case tyre punctured then dont bother just sit on bike drive it to the puncture shop .. believe me i am doing the same thing ..tube never affected ..LOL
my front tyre never got puncture..

The fuel gauge on my Thunderbird has started acting weird (well more than the usual). It never shows 7 bars even if the tank is full and this time it started blinking reserve with 10 litres still in the tank. Any ideas?

Addressing your fuel gauge issue, It is basically a Fuel float problem. Either it needs to be calibrated or replaced. Replacing might be the preferred choice of the Service stations as calibrating takes much time and needs equipment.

Don't worry. Your Thunderbird has the company of mine. Yesterday, I had my Thunderbird's tank filled upto the brim with 10.79 litres of petrol after the lowest bar started blinking! My Thunderbird had its tank and float replaced under warranty already due to the problem of paint peeling off.

Weird fuel gauge and inaccurate clock are hallmarks of the Thunderbirds! I don't depend upon the fuel gauge and the clock. I always open the tank and check myself for fuel and my watch for time.
