Apparently Ninjas don't get transported in trucks.. i think 35 is fine but wanted to get thoughts from the seniors. Please advise
    What does that mean ?

All bike are brought in trucks, the difference is that the costlier and more high end bikes are packed in proper crates right form the factory itself.

And 35 kms is a bit too high too, maybe they transported the bike from the godown to the showroom by riding it, but still 35 is too high even for that.

You are right bro. This is what i meant that they transported from the godown to the showroom by riding it and not through trucks

Last night went to the KTM showroom in guwahati to get my friend's D200 & saw a Ninja 300 lying there. Fiddled with the bike & since then it's stuck to my mind. Now the 4 lakh price tag doesn't matter any more. It's like the bike has got some amazing quality- everything from it's luks to the riding stance, etc has mesmerized me.

This could be my next upgrade. Earlier I was thinking of Hero Hx 250 or Cbr 300. If only the bike was completely localized & prices brought down to about 2.5 lacs, it'd have been killer. Btw can anybody tell me if the parallel twins are worth having versus a single cylinder engine.!

I would definitely tell you that you wont get the vibs on twins what you might get on a single cylinder.

Has anyone managed to get a good solution for a rear tyre hugger ?

Its been 1.5 months since I got my bike and have been able to put all of 400 KMs on it.

Just hate riding it in the rain .. throws up super muck.

I think 25k is a good deal. Even I'm thinking of buying N300 so went to Probiking (Vashi) and inquired about it. Told me 380k for the bike and if I want to exchange my old P200 (2007 model), I would get around 17-18k, which I think is low. Was hoping to get around 20k, still low but a fair deal I think

Got the Bike on the 22nd of July & the ride has been really addictive, Love the way we can maneuver the bike in traffic and the quality of the components

So far have installed Frame Sliders and have also got a Tank Pad

Attaching some pics of the bike

Thanks bro. Got the green color. For white color the manager said I'll have to wait for a month or longer.
