16k is way out if my budget, I am looking for Somewhere around 9. I am just confused between MRF AND Michelin. The Metzeler is an amazing rubber but due to it is puncher prone I am looking something like a but harder. Just we wanted to checked the reviews of Michelin or MRF if someone has installed them..

Michelin is wayy better than MRFs bro. People compare Michelins with Metzelers.! U can take MRFs but a bike like Duke 390 deserves no compromises. Choose it at ur own discretion.
MRF Revz costs around 3.2-3.3k while Michelin costs around 5.5k-6k..

The Duke uses a 55/60W bulb with a H4 connector. As long as you replace the stock bulb with the same rating and the same connector, it's plug and play. No fuses or relays required.

I saw something similar on this website- www.ktmupgrades.com
They have both black and orange ones and they look great. But I'm not sure if they'll actually dissipate more heat because they don't have as many holes as the one in the photo.
So if you're looking for a cosmetic upgrade, you should check these out.

Well I'm not looking for cosmetic change. But wavy rotors from galfer actually perform better than stock ones.

This forum and the internet is full of posts in praise of Michelin. I got them installed couple of weeks back.
Do go for them if you cant afford the Metz.

It's not the affordability but the longevity. If I knew that the Metz would last for 25-30k kms like the Michelins, I'd hv gladly gone for the Metzelers. But, sadly they last only 10-12k's.

I have been using Michelin Radial Tyre for my rear wheel for the past ~800kms and I find absolutely no difference in my daily commute compared to Metzler. Infact, Michelin has much better grip on gravel. Haven't tested in wet and it is not a priority for me since when it rains I prefer to commute by car.

Its good value and I think it is more than enough for a regular joe like me.

This wheel belongs to Phillip Cuore from Malaysia. He was active on ktmduke390forum. His bike was displayed in KTM's official shows. He used only powerparts on his bike. This must be the wave rotor available as powerparts. He also installed a different master cylinder, a brembo RCS-19. As per his reviews it gave true one finger braking.

Try searching in official KTM Power parts catalogue available at any KTM dealer. You should find it.

Couple this with just EBC sintered HH brake pads and you'll have significant improvement in braking. I personally will just upgrade the pads, and if I still feel the need, to a bigger rotor.

Any idea if this available in India and at what cost?

If I am not wrong these are produced by Galfer. This is definitely going to cost bomb. But a drool stuff...

We definitely need better brakes for KTM Duke 390. Brakes are inadequate. Very soft feel. Earlier, my ZMR had a very sharp bite while pressing the brakes.
But, I'm not ruling out the role of ABS in this.[emoji6] But, still changing pads or discs might give better feel and stopping power.

So just completed my ride on a full tank and got a mileage of 16! Sounds insane but asking what's the average you guys get? City and highway? Thanks
