There is no change in the waiting period. Till date a total of 60 390's have been booked in the vytila showroom.

Ain't there no one else other than us from cochin/Kerala planning for duke on xbhp?!could u please post the cost breakup?

Me, genxt got his bike yesterday and is too busy riding, and legend racer. These are the people I know.

There are others in kerala xbhp who have booked the bike but you are the only other Ekm guy i've seen on this thread...what do you mean by the cost breakup ?

By cost break up he meant. The ex showroom price, road tax, insurance amount and any other amount if charged.
It should be mentioned in the bill, all this adds upto the on road price of the bike.

Man, the pics will help relax guys, like me.the only day off Sunday, KTM is closed.yet,nowadays most auto showrooms are open on Sundays.esp premium ones.well, atleast Thrissur gets a 390 temporarily once I get my hands on it.

Rode from chennai toward Sriharikota and further in NH5 and today from Chennai to Pondicherry and back. Litlle about 800 Kms done with max speed till now of 161 KMpH and engine oil change at 480 Kms with the company recommended Synthetic Oil. Have one doubt, when I brake in hard at high speed, the brake lever is kicking back little bit and making weird noise, is it supposed to be like that?

Thats abs kicking-in buddy. Nothing to worry. It means abs is doing its job perfectly

How is the stability of the bike at 161kmph? Is it perfectly rock stable or little wobbly?

According to the user's manual it's valid for 2 Years or 30000 Kms

Just touched the digit near around 9-9.5 rpm and slowed down (doing the hard break in instead of the slower one). Just a lil bit wobbly, didn't feel much as the stretch of road @ NH5 was pretty flat. Did feel the strong wind blast coming towards me. Wanted to take it to it's max capacity but didn't, since I am yet to do the first service. Felt really confident though in crouching position.

Just to add it up, the other day, had a friend accompanying me in the pillion,@ around 120-130 kmph he said it felt like defying gravity. Each and every part of the face starts fluttering like a free fall while skydiving

Wanted to try it so tried sitting in the pillion when my friend was riding the lil beast at the speed of 130-140 kmph, that was the first and last pillion ride of my life in 390, I am never going to sit in the pillion again
