You will have to change the alloy, preferably both because new alloy are different in Design.
      Front disk are different.

Then break pedals needs to be replaced. All the fluid systems to be fitted.

Almost 10-15 k you will have to spend for the modification if it is possible to do.

There is some kind of fluid leak from the bottom of the engine when the engine is running. Not exactly Oil or Water. There is no leak if engine is off, but as soon as I start the bike i can see fluid on the road below. Any idea?

Is it leaking from the bottom part of the exhaust the part which is in between the center stand?

Yes. I investigated more and found a hole in the compartment between the engine and exhaust. It's dripping from there.
And from the looks of it that hole must have been there since the very beginning. Only it hasn't been dripping or I have not noticed it till yesterday.

No need to worry every bike has that hole. Its just there to drain water or moisture from the exhaust. I have also faced water dripping from there specially when I wash the bike and start after a day or two or in rainy seasons. Its nothing but water and its absolutely ok. Just a few drops come out and that's too very rarely, you can google about this thing and everywhere it says its completely normal and nothing to worry about.

I also had to change the accelerator cable 6 months ago as the accelerator was not returning itself and recently my right fork was leaking so decided to replace oil and fork seal for both the fork.
The fork seal leaked at around 10k kms which is too early I think.

how safe it is to ride on these?

tyre threads are good and when i checked with SVC guy, he said that tyre has life and no need to worry.

please advice attached pics? what is the ideal time to change the rear tyre?

also, if i need to replace, what are the better options than the stock ones?
Take no risk on tyre buddy,it can be dangerous and even fatal. After one incident i dont recommend anyone to take risk on tire.
Last year me and my group of friends were on a long ride,we were continiously riding for 1 hour or so,that too in hot summer in the noon time, and my friend who was riding apache 180 which had some crack in sidewalls like you have ,but he ignored them and out of sudden his rear tyre got burst boom! the bike got disbalanced fell from the bike and went sliding about 20 metres with the bike.Luckily he was wearing high quality riding gear he escaped with minor injuries.
Later when inspecting the bike ,the tyre repair
shop told us that ,the crack were becoming very deep and the tube came out from the sidewalls of the tyre and it eventually burst out. So brother i would suggest getting a new good quality tyre rather than risking your life.
