I forgot to mention that bro. RC's battery cover has a new damper, the tank too has a new one as far as I recall.
A damper like thing has been added to the silencer (area where silencer meets under cowl) as well as one inside the DRL's to decrease vibrations.

Try the next lot from the factory. Check for yourself the changes, note down the Engine number and Chassis number and tell the guys at sales that you want that one. Just wait till the next stock arrives.

This is suuuperr news!! .... IMO these dampeners definitely can be retro-fitted in older ones, in the next service. I think the only niggle on this bike is solved now! .....

My desparation made me pay 7k more else i would have never bought it. Is there anything I can do now or should I just curse my luck??
That is no tragedy. It's perfectly legal. Even without the terms and conditions clause mentioned above, this holds good everywhere in the world. You pay the latest price of the vehicle at the time of taking delivery.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
              The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

              THE END

The akra looks so hot on any bike. Enhances the rear end on any two wheeler

I somehow still like the nicely integrated underbelly exhaust of the stock RC its a pure work of art.

Has anyone been able to register their new rc's in maharashtra?
Its been 10 days since i got the bike, and the dealer says some agent strike is going on.
Dont these guys have the liability to register our vehicles within specified time? And if i do it myself, can i ask back for the money which was paid in name of registration?
My RC Book came after 45 days. You will get your rego number but the book will come late depending where in Maha you are located! you ride in the state with your receipt and tax receipt. Cheers!
