Looks like you need to update your profile details.

Wonderful information on the codes.. I remember posting on how to get the blink code of the MIL, IIRC to get the blink code you need to open the throttle fully, and turn the ignition on(just iginition..do not start vehicle), now keep the throttle wide open for five seconds then close throttle. If MIL will flash if there are any errors.

        edit:found my earlier post http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...ml#post1136044
here the link http://wikisend.com/download/499432/SSM_902_EN.pdf to download the 'self study manual' which also has info on how to get the blink code (if any)

          Guys,
after the big hole created by the RC purchase, i could not muster the courage to splurge more on riding gears, however through queries here i kept on building my hypothetical riders wardrobe. Finally the guilty dust of splurging on the bike purchase settled a bit, i went ahead and bought the following.
Now in true Indian ways, i need a feedback/comparo whether i have been ripped or have i been able to really mug somebody through my techniques.
          1. Cramster TRG 2 bought at INR 2470. Quite happy with the quality and price seems to be okay. Took a few days for my hand to get accustomed to them. Initially i thought that they were putting rather more strain than helping me out but gradually it have started giving me a snugly feeling.
          2. Pro X Knee/shin along with elbow for INR 2500. here i am having some mixed bag of feelings as i bought them from my trusted friend at KTM store and he assured that its a good purchase and protection. However i have failed to find this product on net. I need some expert advice as to their reliability and the monetary value. Though more concerned about reliability as they are already in. The prima facie quality seems to be good at material ans seems, but still.

^^ Another important PDI check. Pls. check if the fan comes on. Start the bike and keep it in idle for some time. Fan should come on.
There is no better therapy than riding a bike down a straight road at full throttle with the sound of the engine for company.

Hey guys! Just joined as a member.. I have been following this thread rigorously for the last couple of days..Just got my RC 390 yesterday! Named her "Hurricane" for the insane acceleration she has. I was wondering if anyone could give me any solution for carrying a 2nd helmet. I cant find any place where i might fasten another helmet while riding because quite often I have pillion riders and carrying another helmet is very important for me..Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks and happy riding !
