Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
Hi All,
I currently planning an upgrade from CBR250 to a bigger CC bike but still in research phase and RC390 looks a sweet deal for the price. I use the bike on daily basis and especially to go to work and I also want to use the bike for long drives also. When I bought CBR250 I didn't like the short gears but over the time I got used to it and I just love it and It was too heavy but I realized the weight is also the reason the bike is very steady and comfortable and these are couple of things you will observe over the time.
How does RC feel in traffic in general for daily usage ? is it pure track machine ? and also if anybody from Chennai how's the service center's attitude ?

Bro,I strongly recommend RC390. Even i use my bike for daily commute to office which is around 12km and for weendend breakfast ride also which will be around 100-150kms. For first few days your ass and wrist will be paining babdly. Then you will get used to the position.(Poga poga pazhagidum
) I think this happens with all new bikes. Now I love her like anything.

Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience
Initially with new engine I faced a lot of heats issue, harsh engine and then with the gears like in 2 gear I could not go in 20 km speed now after 500 kms. Engine has become more smooth, heating issue has reduced and even in the gears improvement waiting for 1 st service then expecting 20% smoothnessOriginally posted by Dandamudi Mohan Krishna View PostI will give it a test ride

Hey, did they do a dyno run?? I was curious how the dyno changed post the ecu change ....Originally posted by dannyR15 View PostHi everyone, my name is Daniel.
Comfort:]
. Rear suspension is at the 9th highest position,
I have already changed to a piggy back ECU, to help with the awkward gear ratios by pushing the revlimit higher, and I feel it has made a huge improvement, as I did 2.05.24 on the stock ecu and am now doing 2.03.42 with this Piggy back. Will be getting t
Specs from my vision and feel and usage
Top speed 189 on meter thanks to the ecu.
ABS is perfect for road and track, I never turn it off.
