Congratulations Mr Archer ! May you shoot your way to glory. The machine looks spanking. DSK looks like have made sure the delivery was an 'occasion'
Good to see pictures, finally, from someone. She looks so hot, especially her behind , sounds the part too.

Yeah they feel large at the start but you will get used to it in no time as your body core strength will increase and controlling will be much more easier.
Will suggest you do a lot of super slow riding and master it since that would be when there would be the max chances of dropping it, in traffic, parkings, etc.

That slight twist and engaging the clutch can also be used to get traffic moving out of your way too and everything else.

Hope you have got the riding gear as well !

Ride Her Hard and Ride Her Safe ! Actually, ride her hard later. Run her in nice and smooth. Quick Hot and Cold cycles. Gradual acceleration in all gears not passing the limit mentioned on the 'book'.

          Let the game begin !

          Ambur awaits

Thanks a lot buddy. Yes, Even today while bringing it to office, I was able to drive at 50 kmph in 6 gear at 3k rpm..So smooth was the engine and slight wring of throttle surged the machine forward with ample power. I was able to manage B2B traffic to...Kept my right foot firmly planted on the ground and was able to balance better than the first day. So, hoping to learn about her more and more as the day passes by.

I am taking it slow and steady. Today had to wear a wind-cheater since the Rynox jacket which I got had some bad linings in it. So returned it back to the dealer and asked for a replacement which is not due to come for another 10 days atleast. I have got my knee gaurd for now and Cramster glove to get used to. Once comfy, Will definitely upgrade to better ones.

            Hell yeah..Ambur ..here WE come..

Ah ! Welcome to my life Office Commute while taming a missile under you ! Just be careful of the crazy traffic around you, especially the 2 wheelers who want to get real close to have a look at your babe ! The more you ride in these kind of places the faster you will get used to her is what I think.

Wow ! 10 days for a replacement ! Your gear, if the jacket was here and assuming you are wearing some proper boots , sounds good for the city and the run in Do keep upgrading as and when you feel and as you continue to up the pace.

Suggest you to refrain from highways for the first bit of run in. How much is it ? 500 kms ? 800 kms ? Highways, you will end up, invariably, cruising in top gear. Stick to the city, preferably with less amount of traffic and lots of signals

              Cheers !

Temperature soared to 91c while taking it back home from showroom and felt the heat at my right thigh. Need to do something about that. Front brake is damn good and rear is doing its part though (70-30 proportion).

Signing off for now. More to follow.

Congratulations buddy!!....Looks like everyone else here were as eager as you were (so was I) as to when you would put up your pics of the bike. When you mentioned the heat that you felt on your thigh, was it a bit uncomfortable or may be it was just initial views about it, and need getting used to that.

Above all, a fun bike to ride, always growling no matter what...and one thing you want to avoid is TRAFFIC !

I doubt if you are wearing shorts you can easily get your hair removed But I guess you start learning to live with it, not an issue.

Max temp was around 100 degress.

Man i just wanna sneak out of the office, reach home and ride.
