Re: Benelli TNT 600i - Onwers' Reviews & Experiences
yea buddy. the bike is good. But be my choice/taste is inclining more towards a scrambler design bike. will wait for leoncino, or if ktm brings the mad 690, or might as well consider himalayan. Its just that this bike is definitely a jack of all trades but master of none. may be i am looking for a bike with more specific character. lets see.Originally posted by HyperRetard View PostRide what you Love !!

There has been numerous articles talking about KTM developing a twin 700-800 cc and 690 to be discontinued... Eitherway they had mentioned earlier that the 690 isn't coming to indiaOriginally posted by Sanket_R15 View Postyea buddy. the bike is good. I really hope too KTM develops a twin , a single cylinder 690 doesn't sound right at all. All that heat and vibrations....Originally posted by Sanket_R15 View Postyea buddy. the bike is good. Is this video of Mr vikas ramachalla? I saw the same one,he also spoke about after sales n all, the lack of low end torque. Honestly its a great bike at the price offered but if they improved on some aspects would be spectacular bike.Originally posted by kanth View PostI came to know that the 600 when filled to the brim, the fuel flows out when parked on the side stand, I heard this in one of the videos I was watching on Youtube, is it true guys...

yes it is true. I faced it the very first day I was bringing the bike home. They dont have any solution its a design flaw. So I got a thin tube, according to the size of the nozzle from where fuel comes out and fall straight on hot chassis, and fit the pipe on that and let the pipe hang down. atleast the fuel wont drop on bike body when its hot and increases the danger of catching fire.Originally posted by kanth View PostI came to know that the 600 when filled to the brim, the fuel flows out when parked on the side stand, I heard this in one of the videos I was watching on Youtube, is it true guys...
twin is definitely going to be better. But dont underestimate the 690, its the biggest single cylinder available in the world, and in the new model they have included almost all the electronics from superduke and the vibrations have been reduced to almost non-existing. do checkout latest videos. I'd prefer 690 anyday over anything, a complete all rounder and easy to maintain bike.Originally posted by Deathwing View PostI really hope too KTM develops a twin , a single cylinder 690 doesn't sound right at all. Still will u have the same refinement as on a twin compared to the single, I want to know, the reason I really like the benelli is because of the inline 4 engine and its usability in the city, but if abs Is introduced I think benelli can start making a good mark in the middle class motorcycle segment.Originally posted by Sanket_R15 View Postyes it is true. re: Benelli TNT 600i - Owners' Reviews & Experiences
I asked Vikas Rachamalla about the same regarding daily usability in the city and how he would find this bike for daily commute, and his answer was a NO if my daily commute was involving heavy traffic, but he was feeling positive regarding taking on long rides. Obviously, daily commutes always comprise of at least moderate to heavy if not completely heavy traffic, so guys a question for you all who own this bike and have been using it for daily commute, do you find it very hard to ride, especially when it comes to heat dissipation.Originally posted by Deathwing View PostStill will u have the same refinement as on a twin compared to the single, I want to know, the reason I really like the benelli is because of the inline 4 engine and its usability in the city, but if abs Is introduced I think benelli can start making a good mark in the middle class motorcycle segment.Last edited by kanth; 01-21-2016, 02:53 AM.

Re: Benelli TNT 600i - Onwers' Reviews & Experiences
Ahh I meant use in city during nights or mornings not in bumper to bumper traffic. But when I test Rode the bike in traffic there was little bit if heat and because of the weight I guess it can be difficult for some riders, me being 6ft 2 and weighinh around 90kgs did not have such a big issue with the weight, but jus in 1 instance my rear shell skidded in a sandy surface, but luckily I had enough control , such situations I think abs would be a life saver.Originally posted by kanth View PostI asked Vikas Rachamalla about the same regarding daily usability in the city and how he would find this bike for daily commute, and his answer was a NO if my daily commute was involving heavy traffic, but he was feeling positive regarding taking on long rides.
