It's 365498/- now. 3 weeks is the waiting they say.
What is reason for this price hike? Any idea?

It seems there is some tax component which has changed by 4% or so.

I see.... Anyway, many congratulations to you. The next 3 weeks might be the worst. I waited for 12 days and couldn't concentrate on anything at all. All the best.

Anyway, this bike would've benefited a lot if it wasn't so porky. That and lack of ABS is making my days become tougher deciding.

Was thinking about the proframance exhaust which Ritesh had advertised after 1600kms but would love to check the difference.
No offence, however, the ixil video on 300 on YouTube test ride in Hyd sounded like old RX100 which made me think twice.
                Thank you

Here you go. Shabby pics but that's the best I could do today. Also, some amateurish video for you guys.. Used my iPhone in the helmet to record it. Jugaad

                Stock Sound

                IXIL 55 Sound

I don't think IXIL sounds like RX100 in real world. It can be loud but once you cross 70-80 mph, it's amazing...

My bad guys... The bike was revving so freely after 1st service and with new exhaust that I got a glimpse while decelerating quickly and felt it was doing 75 kmph at 4000 rpm in 5th gear when it was actually 6th gear and somewhere between 4000-5000 rpm. Sorry about the error.

Don't know if Cat-con is removed or not but a huge box from the stock exhaust is not there anymore. Hence, the decrease in weight...

                    Notice the big box underneath?

Btw! I used my iPhone inside the helmet to record it (Jugaad ) See my earlier post for better sound as I kept it close to the exhaust unlike here when the helmet is insulating a lot of the grunt.

Looks no more scrapping of the silencer when you turn right. My friend replaced his yamaha gladiator silencer for 6K . So 22K for the performance segment is not very costly

I like this sound. One of the better sound captured. If anyone from chennai wanted to capture good quality audio and video do contact me . I have got nokia 808 which has rich audio capture technology.

That big box is where your cat con was. You don't have a cat con any more that is why the engine is breathing more freely now.

Does the 300's ixil exhaust come with a removable baffle?

According to the showroom guys the 600's exhaust does come with a removable baffle. Which can be removed by undoing a single screw.

Ideally cat-con will be located very close to the exhaust header. I suspect it will be next to O2 sensor.
