Post run-in, I am allowed to open the throttle beyond 8000 rpm.
It's a beast in the upper rev range. Just to check I took it up to 9500 rpm. I was able to touch 145 kph and bike was damn stable with no vibrations. However, I wanted to cruise and see how bike responds. It's a superb cruise machine. I kept it at 6500 rpm and was cruising along at 100+ kph. Zero vibrations. Can cruise at this rev range through out the day at that speed. I did a ride of around 350 kms today and bike never complained.
last 50 kilo meters, rode in heavy rain. Pirelli angels are awesome. Braking is very efficient even in wet conditions. On NICE road kept the speed at around 80 to 90 kph and checked the braking, and was very impressed.

How's the performance with a pillion? Do you feel any sluggishness? Because it'll be over 300 kgs with a pillion.
One of the important things for me was pillion comfort and ride-ability with pillion. Benelli TNT 300 meets both needs. No sluggishness at all. Pulls easily even at low speeds in higher gears

Nice to hear that. Because I've experienced CBR250R being unable to pull a total human weight of 164 kgs on a slight uphill without shifting to lower gears inspite of its great torque. Seems like this Italian ticks all the right boxes.

Totally different motorcycle with power/torque figures no way near to the TNT.
Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

To be honest, I have not ridden uphill with a pillion. But in bumper to bumper slow moving traffic and in certain sections of the city where the roads are little steep, I did not face any issues.
