Second that....you never know...a moment of distraction can become a regret for the rest of your life...I have stopped carrying pillion on my R3...its not because the pillion seat is small or uncomfortable...(though that is there)..but mostly because I am too pre-occupied with the pillion's safety..and cannot ride the way I do when I am on my own.....these bikes are meant to be thrashed...and you certainly cannot do it with a pillion hanging on for dear life...

    Nonetheless, its a great video...thank you for sharing ! ! !

Me too, but its really the person who rents the vehicle and rental company's business. I think we are all aware of Zoomcar and the many reports on them.

Just a piece of advice to the z800 owner. Please take care of your pillion as well.. especially with those after market exhausts

Let me forward this video to all the rental firms in Bangalore.

You sure can, but it isn't going to change anything with the way people treat rental vehicles

All of us on this ride gave a piece of our mind to the z800 rider to buy proper riding gear for his partner. And he has since got that done.

NOTE to All, the video is just for fun. It was a fun ride but quite tiring given the distance. I completed 445Kms in this ride.

My R3's rear tyre has come to end of its life at 13K kms. Fishtailing and drifting.
I'm considering the following options for replacement in stock sizes 110 front and 140 rear:
          1. MRF stock tyres (Zapper FY and Zapper S) radials
          2. MRF Revz C front and Masseter rear non radials
          3. Pirelli Sports Demon
          4. Michelin Pilot Street
Cost would be in the 1-4 ascending order but my preference is more in 4-1 order 😁.
I would like to get inputs from those who have changed tyres before coming to a conclusion.
          Note: Pure touring usage only.

I am using Michelin pilot street radials and grip has surprisingly gone down in 20.3k kms of usage (removed stock tyres after 2k kms, total odo is 22.3k kms). It needs a replacement now probably will go for metzeler.

Michelin pilot street radials grip lowers down drastically after 15k kms. Although suffered only one puncture in 20k kms.

15K is good enough for me. I wanted some reviews from Pirelli/Masseter owners

http://www.yamaha-motor-india.com/contact-us.html go to select model n see, you can shoot a query, I don't think it was a visible option after bs4 implementation.

This was always there. So is the r3 listed in support section of the website; which should technically imply that Yamaha does have plans of reintroducing. Now the big question, WHEN??

Yes I don't think I was able to see it post bs4 implementation, diwali should be ideally releasing or maybe even next year.

It is just fr the product support. For the existing customers.
Until they bring it in the product lineup page, we cant be sure of it.

Michelin pilot is a good choice economically for touring purpose! But I recommend slime so it last long even the tire goes flat after long run!!
