        its for fazer 25.Yamaha dealer in my city informed me the same! He said two things! Fazer 25 for august release and R3 for September release!

          It will be mostly Fazer25 for Aug 21 launch, but still hope they launch R3.

              They have always done that. They bring one big change in a decade and hype it as if their international bikes are coming in.

                And those yamaha delears are irresponsible! They doesnt even consider you eventhough we are there to buy a premium bike! and I wonder after sale service! Yamaha has to chance their attitude towards customers!

                  Guys in the speech i think the management guy did mention something about r3. If im not mistaken he mentioned r3 stopped because of bs3 & bs4 is in making

                      Parts of R3 arrives within 10 days and average service costs is around ₹2,500/- including oil, I guess it sums up after sales service of yamaha.

                        I have moved on booking D390. Expecting ABS from R3 is sin :P considering equipment in FZ25 and Fazer25
                        Hero Honda Karizma -> RE Thunderbird 350 -> Duke 390 (current bike)

                          I wanted get a Pre-owned R3 but can't find any here in Pune. It could be 2 reasons - owners are so happy with the bike that they will never part ways with it or there have been so horrible sales that most probably no R3 could be seen here. I have seen two Ducati Diavel in a single day, yet couldn't find R3 or even FZ25. Fazer, with that design, is just so *Beep* that I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Considering my budget I think I may have to look out for something else. Man, R3 is selling so nice outside India. Somehow Yamaha goofed up here.

                              They have stopped R3 long back. It did coincide with the BS3 vs BS4 thingy but not sure if that was the only reason. Unless the sales charts were on fire, I'll presume they stopped it due to poor response towards the bike.
