Re: Yamaha YZF R3 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Any idea why there's so much delay after launch at auto expo, are they assembling on bookings recieved even then more than a month and no sign in showrooms, checked at Monarch Pune expected in 1st week April.

Looks like delay is from Yamaha side as more priority is given to R15 V3 than R3.Originally posted by MotoS View PostAny idea why there's so much delay after launch at auto expo, are they assembling on bookings recieved even then more than a month and no sign in showrooms, checked at Monarch Pune expected in 1st week April. It's the journey that matters, not the destination.

Was just discussing over whatsapp with Finney bhai.. Display bikes have reached Pacer yamaha at Hebbal, Bangalore. And as per the info he got, deliveries will start post RTO approval in a week or two.Originally posted by MotoS View PostThat's true R15v3 due next week in time for gudi padwaLast edited by satish_patil; 03-10-2018, 06:48 PM.It's the journey that matters, not the destination.

Re: Yamaha YZF R3 Owners Reviews and Experiences
So I have booked my R3 from AIMS Yamaha, Thane. Expected delivery by 10 April 2018 (or earlier).
OTR price: 4.05L
Booking amount: 25,000 (refundable)
I have a query for banking experts. I would mostly be taking a loan. Dealer gave quotation of HDFC bank as below:
ROI: 7.60% (fixed)
DP: 1L
EMI 1: 14,880 x 24 months
EMI 2: 10,574 x 36 months
Do you guys think this is reasonable? Or should I opt for Nationalised banks?

Re: Yamaha YZF R3 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Actual interest rate is about 15.5% and not 7.6%
For sure the loan advisor will not be able to explain this.
You can further negotiate it to bring down the rate by a percent or two depending on your Credit score and your track record with the bank.

It looks that way. I went to J M Motors, Noida last week, and the sales guy had, absolutely, no clue. He wasn't even aware that new R3 model has been launched.Originally posted by satish_patil View PostLooks like delay is from Yamaha side as more priority is given to R15 V3 than R3.

Brochures have arrived in almost all dealership which are eligible for selling R3. In some dealerships R3 is available only on booking.Originally posted by abhinesh4r15 View PostIt looks that way. Though he bought a used bike, all the tips and tricks might come handy to get a good deal from banks.
Let us know, what deal you get as I am also looking forward to by R3 via loam.Rushikesh

Hi, read that thread. I guess he went through Nationalised bank. From the excel posted in that thread, the EMI should come to around 13.8k for 24 months with 1L DP.Originally posted by rushikesh.ware View PostHi take a look at this thread https://www.xbhp.com/talkies/superbi...-possible.html by trustvishwas.

The one I mentioned in above post is HDFC superbike loan, where ROI is supposedly lower than two wheeler loan. I am yet to negotiate, as I also have a salary account with them. Will keep you posted.
