Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences

On this Republic Day, Mahindra had organized a ride to Yercaud and I joined in. Total distance covered was around 550 or so.
It was a great experience, for the first time I found myself cruising at 115 - 120 kmph on the highways without the engine being stressed.
While climbing and descending the hairpins the tyres were all I could have hoped for. Sure, they seem rather unnecessary for straightline touring but these are excellent for them corners.

The best part was - I got back by 7 PM having started out at 6 AM, then took my Pulsar to go to attend some pressing work. At midnight, when I finally climbed into bed, it hit me - I was not tired. This bike is f#%^ing excellent for the long haul.

The only issue that I have is that the seat seems to be a bit narrow but as I'm not exactly regular sized myself, it is expected. Anyway I will be looking into doing some seat mod to make it wider and flatter.

We went through a forest route which was just too good. Beautiful roads, exciting hair-pins and amazing views of the mother nature

Overall the bike performed excellently on the hills and the highways. Maintained a average of 100-110kms and it was just too easy. The only complaint I have is with the seats which are too soft and can be painful over longer runs without taking breaks, but then maybe that is just me, others didn't feel so.

Yes the saddle is on the softer side, but that is something that most people prefer. Is the kickstand still terribly difficult to open while wearing motorcycle boots?
Biking is not about what you have between your legs, its all about how well you use it!!!!!!!

Give your details here if you want to help your fellow xBhpian stranded in your city

Although I wasn't wearing riding boots as such but the other riders who were wearing riding boots didn't complain about it. It's just a matter of getting used to, but again sometimes even I feel lost with the side-stand as its positioned awkwardly.

A couple of days back, I happen to come across a KA registered red and white Mojo near Benachi (Sulthan Bathery) anyone from our forum? The rider was fully geared up with a hydration pack on the back.

              Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
              The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Are the side panels on the RED bike silver or white ? Its so hard to decide from the black or white .... argghhh wish this thing launches in Hyderabad soon.

Considering this bike is only sold in India, I'm guessing no aftermarket parts are available like FFE or airfilters. That whole dual exhausts must be heavyyyy.

This bike is so screaming to be customized...

The side panels are silver, not white. Looks good IMO. Aftermarket parts will start coming in soon once the bike is launched PAN India. One of the mojo owner had done some MODs to reduce weight of the bike, will check and revert back..

Follow your heart mate. Seems like you are more inclined towards higher capacity bikes. So you'll be happy if you can get them Ninja
If not then Mojo ABS is the perfect bike one can get in India. The only issue the current owners have is the lack of ABS.

                          ~Cheers

I'm desperately waiting for this bike in Hyderabad. I like nakeds and got tired of waiting for the Z300. This is potentially the best possible configuration for a 'sleek and brawny' street fighter look.

You see, I first waited for the 200NS and then for the Z300 and then for the TNT300 and then for the TNT25 and now for the Mojo ... Its this endless soul sucking cycle of the next best thing that is killing me..... no no no no ... I will stick to the Mojo this time ....

Sometimes I feel its better I stick to my FZ16.

... btw ... when is the BMWG310R slated to be released.
