Because I also stay in such weather only.
In higher CC bikes heat generation I suppose is common ? Then how is it different from other bikes like RE or Duke 250/390 in relation to engine heat management in city traffic ?
You are right about that buddy. Heat generation is common and is bearable. You will only feel a bit it when you are in a b2b traffic. I avoid riding in hot and humid weather. It's just with me. I don't prefer it as my riding style makes me sweat a lot. There are my other friends here who commute daily. So that heat thing is just with me. That's why I told you to take TD and figure it out [emoji4] .
Hope this helps!

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
I had planned to ride Saturday and Sunday to get the first service out of the way. Rain played spoilsport, yet managed a quick dash to Chitradurga and back on Saturday.
The Mojo is a well mannered motorcycle on the highways. Because of RPM restrictions, I didn't push it hard and generally maintained speeds of around 85-88. Occasionally I went beyond the 5k rpm limit without realising it since the engine didn't feel strained but always reigned it in immediately. Top speed for the trip was 94, when I had to step on it to avoid some idiots near Sira.
I also had my first refill after I returned to Bangalore, and as per fuelio calculations the efficiency is somewhere around 37.05km/l although it may be a bit off.
It was raining and it was dark by the time I returned. Was having a miserable time with the poorly lit roads before I realised that I had fog lamps
After I switched them on, it was a breeze. Didn't use them too frequently, as I didn't want to bother the oncoming traffic.
Route taken : Sarjapur Road- Nice Road - Tumkur - Chitradurga.

While one dealer told me that the chassis itself is different, the other was saying that the chassis remains the same while the wheel base is longer although am not sure how that is possible. Either way, the longer seat cannot be retrofitted on the older Mojos. Even now, the longer seat is available only in black, white and crimson red. The Sun burst yellow and volcano red retains the old characteristics.

Yeah ! That's very true brother. I got the same response from the dealer here. Had it been possible, many would have upgraded to new seat. And these changes are available except in red/white and yellow as of now.Saludos,

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
A question to the Mojo owners. I could hear a distinct pop in the exhaust note at times when I decelerated. It was not worrying and was pleasant to hear, but somehow I couldn't associate it with the Mojo. I am used to hearing this more on the thumpers. Is this normal or should I have it looked at?
Best regards

This is not an issue. All Mojo have this popping/missing sound when u close the throttle at high speed.Originally posted by acme View PostA question to the Mojo owners. If this sound comes while accelerating or at constant speed then check with your SVC.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hi guy's! I have been reading the forum since long but registered for my latest ride- the Mojo.
I have been a RE guy for all my biking needs but was put off by the recurrent niggles and reliability. The Mojo was nowhere on the radar and was picked up after a spur of the moment test ride led me to appreciate its tall guy friendly Chassis and almost thumper like torque. The bike is not love at first sight but does grow on you.
The headlamps suck but the fogs get rid of the darkness quite well, mystifying how they could falter this bad on headlamps and deliver this well on auxiliaries? Also the fog lamp switch is not in consonance with the rest of the bike.
I have completed running in and generally ride sedately but still managed to hit 117 once.
Any one swapped out the oem bulbs for something brighter?

Our stories of ending up with the Mojo are pretty similar.
No idea about your query though. Seasoned owners would know.Best regards
