Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Yes, this could be possible since it’s a recently launched colour option. It looks great when you see it up close.Originally posted by kirosh_03 View Post- When Life throws you a curve, Lean into it! -

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Good evening fellas! Needed some advice. My bike has done 1800km and I haven't gotten the db killers removed yet. Contemplating on removing them. Few people told me it's harmful for the engine to alter the stock silencer configuration. Also the mileage gets affected I heard..so is it ok to get the db killers removed?

Baffles or DB killers serve two important functions:Originally posted by Mojofied View PostGood evening fellas! Needed some advice. Firstly, they quieten the exhaust. This helps to lessen noise pollution and avoid rude stares from the neighbours. [emoji3]
Secondly, exhaust systems are designed to create a bit of back pressure in order to scavenge more spent exhaust gasses from the combustion chamber. By removing the baffle you’ll kind of tamper with this feature, which actually helps to produce a little extra power.
This is why it’s commonly said that removing the baffles will lead to a small drop in mileage, when you’re actually sacrificing some power for more noise. The air-fuel mixture being managed by the FI system has been calibrated in the ECU with all these factors - like that little bit of back pressure - also taken into account.
So, It’s not going to lead to any major damage to your engine, but well, in small way you’ll be altering how your motorcycle was engineered to run optimally.
Hope this helps!- When Life throws you a curve, Lean into it! -

Quite true , also if you are so tempted to remove the DB fillers then make sure you get it done at SVC and configure the ECU accordingly .Its a 10 minute task to re callibrate the ECU and done at SVC.
And there are chances that police will fine you because the sound is too loud and is not in the acceptable limit. Also it will cause body fautigue if you go for long drives

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
I agree on the last sentence. Been to the trail with 21 bikes for 4days. Mostly all had their DB killer removed. It's fun for few mins and then it hits you, ears start acheing then the head. Had issue with sleeping for the first day.Originally posted by twinthrottle View PostQuite true , also if you are so tempted to remove the DB fillers then make sure you get it done at SVC and configure the ECU accordingly .Its a 10 minute task to re callibrate the ECU and done at SVC.

Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
I agree with you. It’s seriously a pain to ride with the DB killers removed. I mean riding your own bike or with other bikes. We had the Mojo tribe ride in Delhi and almost all the bikes didn’t have the DB killers. Initially it gave me goosebumps but once I got use to the sound, my head started spinning. I decided to maintain distance from the bunch. Your ears start paining and ultimately leads to a headache. Being a long distance rider, personally I would never prefer to remove them.Originally posted by OCTO View PostI agree on the last sentence. Been to the trail with 21 bikes for 4days. Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Went on a Bangalore - Panhala - Gokarna - Kumta - Sirsi - Bangalore ride this long weekend. Had an issue with the headlamps when they failed on my way back. Got to get it checked, although its most probably a blown fuse.
Otherwise the bike performed admirably. Cruising at 110-115 is where it feels most stable, although I did touch 140 briefly to test the capabilities (I am a sedate rider and someone else could possibly push it more).
Stock tyres weren't much help on Masai Pathar where it was slippery as hell, would recommend on/off road tyres for such trips. Total distance covered over 3 days - 1676 kms. FE - 26 kmpl, without DB killers and they will be put back this Saturday. Too much toll on performance.Best regards

Great pics really, especially the fog on the road ahead and the one with the sunlight twinkling behind your ride...On a positive note, the ageing mobile cam makes it seem like Instagram filters are permanently on! Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Update: got a confirmation that the bike will reach the dealership tomorrow. Made the full payment a while back (been waiting five weeks now). Will be visiting the dealership tomorrow to submit the docs for RTO process. Hope the RTO formalities are done before the weekend. And, hoping to see the bike tomorrow.Originally posted by kirosh_03 View PostAfter much deliberation went ahead and booked the Crimson Red BS4 version. Now the long one-month wait begins.
I took a test drive from WickedRide for a day and fell comfortable with the bike. Thought will wait for the ABS version, but that is no where in sight to me.All men dream, but not equally. Re: Mahindra Mojo Owners Reviews and Experiences
Many Congratulations to all Mojo Tribesmen. Mojo turns 2year today.
Attended the Mahindra COIS yesterday and was very insightful.
The session was really informative and to top it all had the opportunity to meet #mojo baba ( Sarath Shenoy Sir).
Sharing a few pics (please excuse the quality)

With Sarath Sir
Also completed the 1st service and bikes is doing well.
The awkward handling during rough patches and broken roads still persists even after repeated requests and visit to SVC.
Sharing a few pics from my recent ride to Yelagiri.[emoji4]
