Anyone has TDed the new adjustable suspension setup in Newly launched Aprilia?
Is it good or in other words soft as compared to old one?
Is it being offered for old SR 150s too? I'm interested in getting one installed as the suspension setup is way too hard for my liking. A day to day Indian road is not a race track.

Ye it'll fit coz every gearles rear suspension is of same dimensions. You need to do small adjustments like bots ect my frnd just 2 days back installed that suspension. You can ask your service guy or experience mechanic

Well it's not,you may try it with similar wheel base vehicles not SR150 ! SR150 has 14" wheels where as others have 10 or 12 max,So trying to put a suspension of a 10/12" wheel base to 14" may not be the best of the idea !

There is no connection between wheel size bcoz the sr 150 suspension size is similar to jupiter its 15 inch u can Google it out

Enjoying every bit of this 150cc monster. Drove for about 50 kms to and fro. Unfortunately I'm finding the seat quite uncomfortable. If it my driving position or the seat itself? Any after market recommendations?

You can swap the seat of SR125 with the grabrails.
Or get some cushion seats like rideonair, Figo float, etc

                        • 3 months and 2000 Kms!

Completed 3 months with my Darth Vader and ran 2058 Kms as of today.Did 700 Kms more after last update and FE is increasing after clocking many Kms.The best FE I got is 41.02 Kmpl, which is best ever and I achieved this FE today itself.I had filled 0.78 L of Petrol which had costed me Rs.70 and I filled HP Power Petrol, which costs Rs.90 in Hyderabad. And,previously,I got 39.16 Kmpl too by filling 2.86 L of regular Petrol and ran 112 Kms within city traffic.Otherwise,I always get an FE of around 35-38 Kmpl on an average. In another 500-600 Kms or maybe in another 2 weeks,I would give my SR150 for 2nd service, which is paid.

My only grouse with my SR150 is poor lights and poor horn, which I will change it on second service.Even I'll change the lights too as I'm finding difficult to ride the vehicle in night times to LED(same as Harish's,owner of SR150 Race). And,changed the number plates to HSRP's given by RTO office,Telangana.

Sad,I could have waited for 2 months for new version SR150,which got new digital meter,USB charger as standard(for my version, its an accessory and costs Rs.1000 for that)and bluetooth connectivity and I was thinking to exchange my 3 month old Darth to new one but don't want to lose money by selling a 3 month old asset.

SR 150 is a performance scoot and Ntorq is a wannabe performance scooter. Now you decide how you want your ride to be.

Go for the SR125 if you're on a budget, but the difference in pricing between the 150 and 125 is meagre. So buckle in for the elder of the lot.

The new models are pretty refined and most of the perking issues with the lineup since launch have been mitigated.

Since you're considering it as a college commute, you'll get the style and performance, minus the comfort and convenience. Storage is a bit lacking in comparison with the nTorq, and ride quality a bit stiffer.

As long as you can assure yourself you'd ride safely (avoiding being a pest on the road like most young riders with fast scooters and initiating or causing accidents), make your choice. Both scooters are great. But the sheer performance of the SR150 is unbeaten. Also, the new models have most of the digital features the nTorq has. And trust me, after a few days of using the Bluetooth novelties, you'll not even remember it exists.

Scooters just need to be ridden with pep. Chose well.
