I can confirm the same. I wasn't able to look at the tires but MRF said it'll 120/70 R14 will be available soon.Originally posted by fernsruben View PostApparently there are a few test run MRF 14 inch tyres for the Aprilia floating about in the markets. Ask around your area.
Cheers.

Took the scooter for the Xbhp 15th Anniversary Ride at Chennai yesterday. The stability even at full throttle is amazing. Also had some fun Offroading.

Re: Aprilia SR 150 Owners Reviews and Experiences
There are many available on Amazon. Motul 8100 is my favorite. I have bought a 5 lit can from Amazon which costed me less than 500/- for 700 ml. Can be used 7 times. That's total 35000 km.Originally posted by jermm_83 View Postdidnt have a choice as thats what svc stocks now, what oils are available on market in 5w40?

There was some rattling sound from the tail when riding in bad roads. And today I find the cause. 2 bolts missing in the tail. Srivatsav I suggest you check the same.

Re: Aprilia SR 150 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Been contemplating Honda CB Unicorn 160 (Got quote for ₹91,000 on road minus accessories) vs Aprilla SR 150 Race ( Received Quote for ₹ 88,000 minus accessories). I clearly know these two vehicles are catering to different segments.
1. I commute average 500-600 KM a Month maximum
2. I heard that CB Unicorn gives 50-60 KMPL which attracts me towards that
3. I love the RC150 Racer and its overall construction
4. I am concerned about Milleage of RC 150 Race and its service charges (Can anyone throw light on this with the experience of Paid Services)
5. Local Dealer openly discouraged me going after Aprilla saying that spare parts are expensive and millage will be very poor (30 KMPL even for RC 150, RC 125) - Not sure why they do that - Generally all dealers are not talking positive about milleage
6. I find CB Unicorn resale value after 4-5 years could come around ₹ 50,000 (if I could maintain it well)
7. Not sure about Aprilla after same period due to Milleage factor.
8. Overall cost of ownership (as against fun riding etc..) I tend to go after Honda Unicorn CB 160

Re: Aprilia SR 150 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hi I found the stock tyres to be a bit weary and soft for two of my Aprilia's, i have switched to Timsun and there is a difference , it grips pretty well and makes les noise when i come across a pothole. Pillion ride quality has also improved as i have only changed the rear. next is front for the same Timsun Brand. Rode it to Pondicherry and back to Chennai. AmazingOriginally posted by rahul.martial View PostHi guys, any inputs for tyres change for sr150? I have completed 18k km, now I feel little issue with tyres. Any inputs for cost, brands.

If you want mileage and resale value, don't even think about the Aprilia. Go for the Hornet or CB150/160 Unicorn for peace of mind, mileage and reliability.
All the best.
