Nope, this is before, will post after one soon. I took this video to show it to SC guys regarding vibration and offset high beam.

Got stopped by the cops here in Goa yesterday. They wanted to fine me for "dazzling headlights", that too during daytime.
They finally let me go after a lot of convincing that yes, the headlight is indeed factory fitted.

Posting the Attached Skid Plate for reference. This help on bumps when two XL size people are sitting and also in off road regions.

Yes there are vibrations of HU on rough surface. I think there is manufacturing defect in either bolting HU or LED socket coz many others also reported same.
How much of an issue is this? When going at speed

I too had tappet noise after delivery. It's no big deal. Common with Yamaha new bikes.( I faced this in all my new previous Yamaha fz16,R15). Got adjusted in my first service. Free of charge. Yes there is a metal rattle sound as we increase the throttle. But after my recent long ride, it went off. If this comes again I will ask service to fix.

I think this issue is common. The headlight unit is mounted by a fibre hook as the service guy said me. So if he tightens it more it will break. Checkout the Yamaha testing video in YouTube link. The headlight unit does vibrate. Got directly to 2.34

That a high beam? I've adjusted mine so that the low beam lights up like that. The high beam would light up the building in front.

high beam on this bike is a glorified low beam.

My bad...That was not exactly the plate thing actually the ribbits needs to be tightened inserting a washer.

Ask the service centre guys to set the tappets according to the recommended clearance with the feeler gauge. The service centre guys had messed the tappet settings on my bike previously so I did it myself at home.
Clearance is not mentioned in the owners manual.Confirmed the below readings from Yamaha Service Manager who has done FZ25 training,
                              Inlet-0.05-0.07mm
                              Exhaust-0.08-0.1mm

Engine has got super smooth post the above setting.
