What exactly? Tappet sound? It is common for new engine before settling in. Generally service guys ignore this, force them to adjust the tappets with feeler gauge.

It's quite common especially when you consider the weight of motor bike Vs heavy vehicle..Best way to avoid this is to have sufficient gap between bike and the vehicle before and after overtaking . Cutting in too close or overtaking closer to the vehicle will have this effect.

The sound is like a metal r attle clearly audible after a throttle input. They said they have to open the top of the engine to adjust it. To do it they have to remove the tank too

Yes, they are right. That's pretty simple job and comes in regular maintenance. Get it done coz its important. Due to extra heat of new engine tappet clearance increases which should be adjusted to stock settings after few 100 kms. Insist your service guys to adjust tappet in cold engine and with tool called feeler gauge.

I'm also facing this problem, my bike is done ~600 kms, will get it fixed at 1st service.
Keep us updated when you get it done.

Here is a small video I made regarding bike's HU performance in real world.
Also note the HU vibrations on patchy surfaces. Not sure if this issue is random or design fault.

That beam throw is useless and dangerous. Please adjust it asap.

Yes there are vibrations of HU on rough surface. I think there is manufacturing defect in either bolting HU or LED socket coz many others also reported same.

There's a faulty plate inside , get to the service center and it will be replaced .

Yes sir, already got it adjusted and the low beam throw and spread are much much better now, still high beam is bad.

Can you please elaborate what plate it is or what exactly it is called? Few pics of the same would also help immensely.
Last time I visited the SC they had no idea, useless people.
