also try these.. fill up tank to at least 90% capacity and see if the buzz vanishes, and also try to put a bit of pressure with your finger on the tank cap while you ride and observe.
It is coming from the radiator area, 1 gear around 2-3rpm its still there after all necessary pads and adjustment, but its gone sometimes.

only in 1st gear at 2-3k rpm ?
have u tried removing the radiator cap and putting it back.. also check if the expansion tank (white coolant tank at the top) is bolted on securely
these noises are difficult to isolate without actually checking out the bike in person.

Sounds like the time I took my bike to the SVC for a rattle related issue. Mine was around the tank - key area. Unsurprisingly, they heard nothing. Had to fix it using a part from a rubber mat.

can you check if the crash guards bolts are on properly.. they are known to break/come loose on some bikes.. and cause a buzz.

                  Hi guys,

Need some opinion i currently own a suzuki gixxer and am planning to upgrade to the duke 250. How is the riding comfort for rider and pillion for long drives like 500 to 600km. 70% daily commute and 30% touring. Is this bike good for that?

Good choice of upgrade. Riding comfort is good for long rides. Can't be as good as your previous bike though. 500-600 kms rides are do-able. You just have to get used to the seat and the cushioning. If you still feel it's not comfortable, you can opt to buy aftermarket gel seats that are available. The bike is good for daily commuting. Enough power to get you there in time as well as enough mileage to not burn a huge hole in your pocket. If you're not used to the heat, you will get used to it in time.

I've replied to your query in the Duke 390 thread. Following along the same line, if your commute is basically to office and mundane traffic, stick to something like 200s like the Apaches and the FZ250s, easy on pocket, packs enough commute punch and comparatively frugal.

                      Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                      The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                      THE END

                            Hey,
                            Thanks!!!.
Will definitely be gng for the abs model.
Thought about it a lot and then told myself lets be realistic. I dont do long rides that much, mojo while an excellent bike doesnt quite fit in for the daily commute and i felt now in 2019 it doesnt feel right. While i have the budget for the 390 somewhere i feel the bike will be too much for me and well for daily commute 250 fits better and it is a decent tourer.
(But well when i visit the showroom tomorrow who knows. 😀)

ABS is yet to be announced, the wait is not far now that it's competition FZ25 has launched with Dual channel ABS, it should happen withing 1st week for Feb! That to 250 will be getting Dual channel ABS! It'll be worth the wait.

250 makes a perfect choice, right on the sweet spot, the only thing missing on that was the ABS and those MRF tyres, which you can get rid of after 10-15K kms.

I also went to get fz25, decided to check out d250 in showroom on the way, and walked out with a 390.

Crazy things happen when buying bikes.
