Cheerio mate ride safe what helmet did you get and have you bought your gears?? The bike quite heats up fast. I ride with flip flops inside the city limits. The bike is a looker that's for sure.I hate the vibrations around somewhere in the mid range.I find the bike slow. 390 is a better choice and the plastic in the keyhole absolutely pisses me off.The build quality is okay IMO. It's exclusive as you've said it's not a bike next door. i love my bike she's called VIKING.

VIKING ... Awesome name ... Agreement with u on the plastic around the key area ... What the hell Earth was KTM doing designing that plastic .. god only knows !!!
Helmet - Ninja 3g for now .. but would change to a supervisor brand once I get into serious riding.
Gears - got a pair of knee and elbow guards as of now .. full riding jackets and shoes .. next week may be
Pls suggest a brand for the same !!

For the helmet part i'd get a MT or LS2.As for as the gear is concerned i don't know what to buy.I really like dianese and KNOX.I don't know that's overkill for this bike.I love those brand.The bike is dead in the top end

U can tweek around a bit with the ECU and can easily go up around 170 kmph as far as top speed is concerned ... Second opinion .. u can play around with a couple of aftermarket chain sporokes and increase the top speed by sacrificing pick up !!

Lol pulling power is very important for me how much time do you drive at top speeds but the pull after 7.5rpm mark hurts. I think i need a larger motorcycle soon. But i don't regret this purchase.i usually ride around the city. The bike is fine by me but i wish i had that part of the power band too that's all

guys,wanna ask...
does your bike stall when you blip the throttle?
when the bike is stopping and waiting for the traffic light to turn green.
I understand that it will stall if the temp is low especially when the bike just starting to get warm.
However,mine still stall intermittently when i blip and also when the temp is high,any thoughts?
my bike just clocked 2300+ KM.

Yes happens to me too sometimes i get annoyed mine has done about 570 kms as of now.

If there is an issue with the electricals then definitely everyone would take time to figure out the underlying issues. I have been there couple of times for servicing . I am satisfied with their service. At Mekhri circle, you can always reach out to Sebastian and he is very helpful.

Yep. Did get better over time. Good thing the clutch is light.

Guys I did a 400 km ride yesterday on my KTM 250 .. everything was fine except I found there were two issues ... While downshifting I feel as if there was a bit of a ' cut ' sound of the clutch leaver ... Did anyone notice it in their Bikes ??
Also the right side of the radiator cover vibrates at a certain rpm ... Anyone else had this issue ?

I hear a pretty good tuck sound while downshifting maybe applying chain lube will help i don't think it's coming from the lever.No vibrations in my machine as of now.Share some pics of your ride 😁.
