tvs should hire road side mechanics., they have more knowledge n r willing to listen to the customers at-least.
there's a mech lil away from my home here., he was one of the best guys in service in tvs svc n for some reason he quit his job n opened up his own service center with docks n all., he also pulled along 3 guys from service. lol at tvs svcLast edited by dead_piper; 10-30-2010, 10:12 AM.

Please shoot a mail to these officials and see the game. Clutch Plate doesn’t come in warranty, but in some cases they also replace it under warranty, i once got it. Ball racer is also non warranty item; you have to pay for it.
But before everything you need to teach them How to behave with a customer. FYI TVS is very sensitive in customer feedback section; you must get a reply within 24 hrs. So, don’t be sad with your TVS bikes ask for claims, if its not working, you still have Consumer Court in your hand.

Do not mark a copy/shoot a mail to the dealer directly!!Originally posted by shivank View PostThanks Kauria..I will shoot a mail as well as the owner of Aditi TVS,Noida..
Mail your concern to the IDs given by kauria seperately and see how the dealer dances to their tune.

Somehow i missed out your post. You could get some ideas from the video from the link posted in my signature.Originally posted by sheelpriyeSo, what does this point to?
^What were your revs when you dumped the clutch? What about 1st to 2nd shift? (clutch-less and or timed(watching revs))?
@Shivank
Keep the dealer in dark. He will anyway receive a light(a flame, hopefully) in this case!!

I took the bike for 2nd service today. No major problems in the bike till now.
Again the SC people allowed me to use Castrol Activ 4T without a word
I found the oil to be pretty good and even after 1500k it had not lost its viscosity.

I too faced the same issue. Just took the delivery of the bike a week ago and initially had filled in 5 lit of petrol and found that petrol was leaking. Luckily I was still around showroom and it was almost closed. They did the same what you have said. Issue fixed. I do not understand how come they do such blunders on a 80k bike.Originally posted by A4D View PostJust two days since i got my bike i see petrol leak from tank.Luckily it was from the reserve knob area,So i rished to the SVC near my house that guy told me to come tomm and leave the bike for 5hrs i was like wat the F!@#$ petrol is leaking and you tell me to come tomm neways i went to this other SVC center looked sidy and the mechanics looked road side too but i was happy to see that guy help me out 1st he just tightened the screws but that didnt solve the problem next he remove the knob put some white sealing liquid and voila its done.hope that would be enough to keep it sealed.Sugestions wellcome

the dealers are really afraid of the company.....
I had done the same,when I wasnt able to get a spare part for almost 1 month(horn switch) it was fixed immidiately after some severe scoldings from the company personal infront of me,over telefone
...that was really great site to watch......and now when ever I visit the showroom,they give me superb respect.

At what RPM was the bike on while doing 75kmph,Vibes are common in apache's.RTR 160 vibrates like a vibrating Dildo after crossing 7k rpmNormal?Ask them to check the clutch wire,it may be stuck somewhere.
