In the mean time, having recently reverted to stock lighting, i find that engine switches off whenever i press the clutch(i.e. when revs drop).
Idling and tuning is as done by joel. anything with tps/tci? Guy please advise.
No replies??
Anyways got it checked from my mech who did the DC conversion & spoke to joel too. Mech didn't find anything wrong in fact he couldn't find the problem itself!
Joel said I will have to ride with rev matching in each gear to prevent jerking at low rpm. Read everything I could on the net and trying it out too. Works 90% of the time.
Could anyone please give me further pointers on this rev matching style?

Clutch shaft @ Rs.1785 ? that must be Clutch plates +Clutch shaft.
But dude,23K kms is too early for these works to b carried out
.Either your bike is having a lot of trouble,or trouble is with your ASS. I got it Decarbed and changed my clutch plates recently @34k kms.and it cost me around Rs.2400. you should have asked for the details from the person who worked on your bike. I usually have gud Rappo with my mech,as I giv him Rs.30-40,after each servicing...
