Thanks buddy. Yes, in Dec (probably in between 18-20), informed Debraj as I would be there just for one day (Icchapur). Ping me if you would be there too.Originally posted by Rahul.g View PostNice video bro

Thats a nice video prateek bhai!Originally posted by prateek2210 View Post
I had a question about the sj mount on the windscreen, is it a curved mount or the flat mount? I have a flat mount with me and I was thinking of mounting it on the windscreen but the windscreen is slightly curved, hence the question!

Using curved bhai. Although the flat can be used onthe side of the windscreen (white portion).Originally posted by Abishek94 View PostThats a nice video prateek bhai!

Re: TVS Apache RTR 180
Hi all,
While putting the shell ultra engine oil myself, I spilled around 200ml by mistake and could pour in only around 800ml..
I'm going on long ride next week and I will be covering 640km on coming Tuesday and return journey will be the next Sunday.. Will it hurt my engine if I have only around 700-800ml oil.?It's the journey that matters, not the destination.

For such a long distance 800ml of oil will not be sufficient i guess. It will not do the job of lubricating & protecting the engine. Had it been usual city commute it would have been fine for 500 odd kms.
In case you cant afford another shell ultra. Get the semi synthetic ax7 & pour in the 200ml. You will have a peace of mind while doing such a long trip.TVS Apache RTR 180 (2014 - ….)

Re: TVS Apache RTR 180
Hi guys,
I am planning to change my front tyre, which has covered 30k+ kms and there is not much thread left(may last another 3-4k kms). But there is a huge puncture, so thought better off replacing the tyre.
I have shortlisted Zapper FY1 but saw it was a 90/80 profile, but the stock is 90/90. Will it cause any problems? Appreciate views how's the tyre if anyone using the same.
And one more issue,
There is engine oil leaking from the head of the engine, I noticed it recently but I don't have a idea when it started. What could be the issue? Oil level is near low level. I'm using AX 7 by the way.
I can go a mech only next Monday. Anything I should particularly enquire him about.

Hi bro.. I'm using MRF Zapper FY1 for the front since 4.5K kms.. Below are my observations -Originally posted by sdhanush1 View PostHi guys,

1. Much better grip than stock tyres in all conditions.. Never felt any slide or skid even on hard braking..
2. Reduces height at the front a little bit since it's height section is 80% which is not an issue..
3. Easily flickable and is a bit lighter than stock tyres..
4. Can easily lean on corners.. This depends on your rear tyre also.. It's very easy for me since I changed the rear also to MRF Zapper Vyde around the same time..
No issues faced till now with the MRFs and I'm quite happy with my purchase.. Front cost me Rs. 2200 after negotiating..It's the journey that matters, not the destination.

sdhanush1 : How many kms have you ridden with AX7? If its near low level, try avoid riding it till you get it refilled. Most probably a gasket change will do the job but thats one probability only.

Around 1600 kms.. But I think around 100 ml of oil has been leaked and I'm on the lower end of the stick.Originally posted by prateek2210 View Postsdhanush1 : How many kms have you ridden with AX7?
