I am just pissed off the way these service centers work! They don't listen to you properly and then at the end blame all upon you..It's your bike take care of it yourself..We are here to f**k with nothing..Neither do we care if we are good!!!!

11687 Kilometers on the odo...And the clutch-plates have gone Never used to burn the rubber out..Was never into stunting business either..Tried clutch-less shifts most of the time but the clutch plate have gone...Needs replacement..

The front disc plate needs replacement too..SVC guy suggests you do not know riding..Nobody uses front brake that often..You must be a 'racer' boy!
Just wanted to slap him hard!

Cone-set is gone too..and it won't come under warranty. Reason:Cone-set warranty is only valid under 10k..

As I've told before the owner of the showroom had asked to meet and he'd solve my issues personally..Damn! That guy took strong offence of my complain.."We cannot improve,you can check out with any of the other 20-25 svc around Delhi..I am sorry cannot take your issues as you are very disgusted with our services..I won't change a single part for 'free'..Unless company sends me a mail to do so!!" ..Bloody a** as he was paying me for my bike to get serviced from his mechanics..For his rudeness and callous behavior I wanted to kick his ass hard!

Now I so wish I had bought a Honda or a Yamaha at first place..To hell with power and pick-up..Peace of mind is other thing..And foremost of all..

why dont u screw his ass by sending a nice email to T.V Sundaram directly, that will teach these kinda rude ppl a good lesson!

Clutch plates fried at 11000kms without doing burnouts/wheelies is impossible.
is your bike showing you symptoms of a worn out plates?

Bro, I had send the complain directly to TVS as I knew there was no fun talking to these people..They just don't listen and give me crappy ideas about biking and its rules..

They have just forwarded it to the outlet owner..

Not to tvs...send it to T.V sundaram (himself). Else Aparjith can give you few email id's where they take things seriously! Even Chicane has few email id's.

Asked one of the mechanic to inspect the bike..He said,the clutch plates are most probably worn out..He's the only knowledgeable chap there,so believed him..

About the symptoms it showed..It won't pick-up speed as fast as it used to..There's a proper-lag while I shift gears. Also at lower rpms,it's like something choking the bike to move..But I guess,that is to do with Carb or AFR settings..

Who's Mr.A.Ilango??..I had sent the complains to his id..

Anyway,If you think others can help..Do send me their ids?

Are you sure about the clutch free play was maintained as per specs throughout 11000kms?

my problem

my bike has done only 2000 km and i am not happy because the engine rpm stays at 2k after 1hour of riding. even after depresing the clutch it does not come to ideal rpm . it comes to 1.2k sometimes its like "i work on its own will" .i tried to set the ideal rpm when engine is warm but it does not simply work .

If bike placed in centre stand and rotate the real wheel there is a tik -tik sound from the chain compartment i .e where the chain is connected to the engine.

the paint job is also disgusting the paint coming of from the exhaust from the side stand and from the front rim .
Hope anybody can help i stay in hyderabad .

For the idle rpm, warm up the engine and twist the idle screw sufficiently. Use trial and error. Even I faced this problem and now it is completely gone. This problem is basically due to not setting the idle rpm properly. BTW what is your idle rpm when you cold start the bike (Mine is around 11k but after the bike warms up never dips below (or rises above) 1.4-1.5 k)

I think the rear wheel tik-tik is normal (not sure though).

i faced this probles several times., for me it was because my accelerator wire was jammed under the tank., my mech removed the tank n eased the wires that go along the frame n it was proper in no time., never faced this issue again. and i suppose ur rpm increases also when u turn handle extremely towards one side. am i right?

why dont u try another service centre or castrol bike zone? take it there n let them check once.
if your bike is under warranty u can file a complaint in consumer forum.,

No idea about that bro..It was all good until today,when I came to know that they have been 'fried'


Well..I was just about to ask how these CBZs are?..There's a new center in my locality now..Was thinking to service my bike from there...

I won't file a consumer complaint for any reason.. I don't want to fight over it again and again! Plus..I don't want to see those guys again..Now all I need is to make my bike interesting and flawless yet again..To hell with warranty and their customer support..I've already seen how good it is..
