What a scene it was.....but there was a possibility of I being dead.
Nothing happen to me,and miraculously nothing happened to the bike either...
The extension on the main stand(on left side) has made a some funny looking impressions on the road.sparks were coming out of it,when it happened.
(For people of BBSR-CTC:next time you cross the road near Phulnakhara, and see the lines on the road.....just know,I have marked my territory).

Caution:never ever take your girlfriend on a wet road with a TVS tyre.
First the tyre will DUMP you,and after that, your girlfriend will...
    Funny and frustrating...!!

Anyways, Thats good that you and your ride didn't get any injuries

        1.4k +- 100

Keep it below 4k rpm till the 1st service. And then stay within 5k till 1k km

3.one crazy thing happened the top speed thing showed 156kmh! is there any problem with the speedo???
Normal. Just reset the speedo. Mine shows 139 only

4.the rpm meter is vibrating at about 5-7k.is this normal???
Absolutely normal. Vibes should lessen in 6k+ region after the 1st few hundred kms. Vibes between 4.5-6k is RTR characteristic

5.after how many kms should i change the tyre? TVS tyres suck i heard.
It's not very good but does its work well in dry conditions. Best time to change the tvs tyre is before the rainy season IMO

I had no problems with the TYREs at all in dry conditions.....I was laughing off other owner's complain about the tyres....I thought, they dont really know, how to control the bike.......BUT...until yesterday(refer my prev post).
Plz change the tyres befor the rains come....its absolutely dangerous in wet conditions......

Actually, it really depends on the way your bike is standing. I mean, the sensor is at one side of the tank and it senses the petrol level in the tank. So, if you park your bike on side-stand or, say, on some inclined surface, then you are going to get wrong readings.

Thats correct. Sometimes, even when I"m in reserve, turning on ignition while its parked on side stand, the bar will go up to almost 3/4th full...
So make sure you look at the reading after the bike has been upright for some time... And as the name suggest, its just a fuel level indicator , so dont rely on it completely...

                        • Tuned Finally

I got my RTR tuned by an engineer mechanic who runs a motorcross team. he tuned my Bike for the K&N filter i got fitted on my bike. He lowered the air intake and increased the fuel supply. he said no need of jetting. my bike now runs on pure adrenaline. the pick up has significantly improved. he said he can modify the engine and get the power output to more than 20 bhp anytime but the budget cost will be around 15000+. He said the racing kit which the TVS R&D uses for racing he can get one from the original manufacturer himself. yesterday i was there he was modifying a RTR160 he said after it is finished it will generate about 20 to 25bhp and it was for motorrcross. I am looking forward to do some modifications on the bike from him.

Its good to meet people who share the same passion for bikes as you do not the roadside mechanic who always claims that we are wrong.

He can get you anything- tyres, jets, custom engine and much more. If you want his no. let me know.
