I hav been riding bike with not more than 60kmph during this period, can I drive at a speed more than that after the tommorows service or avoid driving faster till 1k kms??

    • I'll be giving my RTR180ABS for its first service tomorrow, and surprisingly I'm getting a mileage of 56!!!. I've covered 725 kms. What do I need to keep in mind?

I too had such figures earlier, but now FE hovers around 40kms/ltr
The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.

Could you please compare Nikon CoolPix s3100 and Canon Powershot A2200?

          I'm confused between these two.
          sorry for late reply..
both the cams are really worth for the money..
i would prefer canon over the nikon if it had manual controls..
pics from canon are better[sharpness] compared to nikon.. but when u need to play around a bit.. u need to have manual controls

            Was the carb setting changed?
Was any modifications done to the electrical parts?
Does this happen always, that is when engine's warm or cold?
When was the last time the carb was dismantled and cleaned?
When was the last time the air filter was cleaned?

It actually feels like bike is not getting required amount of fuel supply and feels like or it's loosing power,

Carb settings were changed and Air filter was cleaned after I had reported this to SVC, They re tunned carb in front of me and said this will take care of problem but is did not....

            No electrical modification so far..
this happens in both conditions hot and cold.. It's intensity is more when bike is hot... I have recently changed engine Oil ..
Carb was not dismantled during second servicing i.e when ODO was at 2.5 K and I am not sure if it was cleaned during first servicing..
So in any case it's not cleaned for almost 4.5 k !!!

In addition to this from last two days bike ideal increase on its own when clutch is pressed. Even when in neutral ideal increases by .7 to .8 K when clutch is pressed. .. This happens irrespective of bike being warm or hot

and even If I adjust idling at 1.4 when bike is warm... the bike refuses to start during morning until i once again increase idling gradually untill it starts

My bike sounds horrible when on driving on slope it reminds me of old yezdi sound... Mostly when bike is hot

There seem to be two issues here..
              1. Your AFR is set lean and hence inability to start easily when cold,
              2. you have some air leak in the inlet circuit which leads to varying RPM and bike lacking initial .
              Check on these two.

                I think the same,your engine's running lean.

Firstly since your bike's new there's no need to open the carb and clean it ,unless there's a serious fault in fuel quality, or water has seeped into the tank.So don't worry too much about getting the carb opened up.
So for starters get the carb tuned again and this time ask them to tune it with a Co machine and then check the result. If after that also the problem persists we'll think about other things.

Thats right, but I didn't see any such(manual and auto controls) difference while comparing both models on N number of websites Moreover, things like Macro Focus Range, Aperture, Shutter speed favours A2200, IMO (I repeat, I'm a noob in this field, please correct me if I'm wrong).

It will be very helpful if you explain it in detail(about the manual controls) like... which controls are manual which aren't there in A2200? How would they help? So that I could try the cams at Croma tomorrow and find out them in practical. Reply ASAP.

Turn AFR screw by Half a turn( 180 Degrees )CLOCKWISE to lean the AFR .

Then keep it as it is,it's showing a clean burn.Bro,take my advise and take your bike to ZEN TVS.There ask for Mr Murthy and he will get the needful done.He partly owns it.
