    Yes mate. Both are 18" but I guess there is a difference in the width. The cbz has a fat rim, much broader. I am interested I spoke wheels.

    I think it would be a straight fit.. Because unicorn also has the same 18" wheels. But I'm not completely sure...

    Some of the more senior members might be able to help.

    Update...
    Waitin for the idle screw from the store keeper. Need to remove carn again.

    1. Would old unicorn's rear rim directly fit the cbz? I doubt it. I ask because the store keeper said it would and pushed me to buy it.

    2. Is it true that the cbz's engine has to be completely taken off the bike to do a valve or gasket replacement job?

    Yes mate. The good news is it is broken and half of it is stuck inside. Will try my luck. It is PITA to remove carb now. Will check slow jet as well.

    Bottom of carb.. front side. . Towards the engine and was prone to get lost. ..

    the idle screw is at the bottom of carb.. golden screw with a small spring. ideally a 10 size screw will fit in too.. tighten it completely and then 2.5 turns out again. thats optimal for the bike.. half turn + - is for lean or rich Fuel mixture. 2.5 is just apt.

    UPDATE

    The accelerator cable was installed wrong. I corrected it. Now the bike starts in mid choke and does not rev. However it just dies when the throttle is let off.

    I guess I will check the jets.

    I need guidance on finding the idle screw on cbz classic. Can u help please with pic or so?

    Try a different plug...

    And if all.good.. the carburetor has 2 jets. Slow jet and main jet.. the slow jet is clogged for sure. Ask mech to pull it out and dip it in brake fluid.. theb clean with single strand of wire. You'd be good.

    Thanks mate. I checked the spark plug. Current is definitely flowing and it is good. The choke was off while trying. When the choke is off bike would not start.

    can be a busted Spark plug.. try another one and see.. also there are 3 modes of choke.. one is off -midway-full .. make sure its on off..

    The bike starts only with choke and after it fires the rpm revs to 5k. When the choke lever is turned off the bike shuts down. The carb is cleaned and with new throttle cable and air filter. This is happening after I had left the bike without using it for about a month. What cud this be? Wrong installation of cable?
