Hello Nirvanaa,
No additional wiring or relays. Just changed to round dome. break-up is as below
Tata Ace reflector - 170
Round 7" Dome - 200 or 250(forgot
)
number plate - 100 including stickering
stays to hold new done - 160
labour - 150
needed a oil seal as the stays were small and were shaking - 80
Xtreme Vision - 200 (got from friend)
Result - Super bright headlight
Also I didnt have battery when this mod was done(running without battery for 1 years) and after one month after the mod i got the battery as the light would go dim when using horn or indicators.
As the original fairing is removed the handlebar is light and is more flickable in traffic.
Have done LED lighting for Rear and Instrument panel to reduce power consumption(this was done during running without battery for 55/60W)Leave a comment:

Installed a Round dome headlight with Tata Ace reflector and Philips Xtreme Vision 55/60
Will Post the Pics soon. Running this setup from past 2-3 months without any issues. Light is just brilliant, better than most bikes and equal to some cars

I am trying to give a boost of performace to my 2004 cbz star ...after reading modifications from some super sprinters for high lift camshaft from karizma ..I am thinking of getting it installed on my CBZ....Can anyone tell me what is the effect on the long term engine performance and what other modification have to be done for getting it installed??.....Also can anyone provide feedback for the bike performance after installing karizma clutchplate and harder springs ?

I have seen many complaining about the foot rest folding issue.But I personally feel that when u get used to it comes automatically that u will fold the foot rest like a reflex action.I never hit the footrest while kicking till date as my bike parts are like my body part today.what u guys say.Leave a comment:

^^^ Thanks dude.. Yeah, its really an expensive mod, I admits. You are correct, we can easily get zma engines for 10 k, but its not a plug n play option. Zma cdi costs 2+k, another 2k for wiring. carb, chain, sprocket, meter console everything is different. And moreover the condition of other engine parts also matters.. Its another story. But the pleasure you gets frm this mod is amazing... Your 10+ yrs old machine starts smoothly in a fraction of a second, without folding the footrest and thoroughly looking into it. ;-)

^^^ actually was planning to buy a cbz*, but I hates the stickering work and the carb is also different. And I feels that self start is a must for start and stop drives in city. And moreover due to the pain of selling my ride :-)
