    Hi Sid,

You are using two bulbs, thats why u lacked power. I am just using one, that's a Bentley Headlamp (Bought 2 on eBay for $70 ).

Since just one lamp, there was no problem at all. And more you accelerate, more white light it is

Moreover the one i have, has a real big lens. The moment its on, its hard to place my hand in front of the light coz it heats up so soon and so much.

But Using 55w on AC is waste rite ( correct me if M wrong) I l have to make it DC to get full power & my question I have stock 2.5A battery I wuld like to know if I can change to 55w & run DC on stock battery..

HID is outta question for me, Thinking of trying projector sets one of d frnd is working on it on his Uni.. so once he succeeds I may think of Installing one in to My Round Doom.

I wana get rid of stock doom cos d lens is not clear & I think it cannot give full effect of projector even if it is Installed, one & secondly don't wana mess with stock headlights.

            The Kit(twin tube with bulbs) - 2000 INR (pics available@ http://iluvriding.blogspot.com )
Recoiling(with some relay, I don't hav much idea on this)- 2000 INR(theres no exact price for this, depends on how much a mech quotes)
Battery is I guess upgraded to 12v(earlier it was 9v) - 700 INR

But Light is not as I expected, when you revving, it's good, else kinda normal intensity. Still provides better visibility than stock

Even I have heard of that shop while enquiring. I think it's near Lalbagh gate, while coming from Urvashi theatre.

                vibes..

                hello mates.

anybody having any idea about the vibrations comin out in handle bar.
at 5000-5500 rpm's and at higher rpm's also sometimes in my cbz.
i replaced the stock handle with p180 handle bar...
i have got the wheel alignment done.
then also it doesn't contributed much. vibes are less but are still much.
                any suggestions guys....!!!

                thnx

almost all SHE-BZ's have vibrations at 5500 rpm (except some seriously lucky souls)
but not through handle bar (rather through foot pegs and to a limit from fuel tank.)

wheel alignment has nothing to do with vibrations

have u removed vibrations damper from handle bar side
secondly may be the handle isnot fitted properly
and lastly check the cone bearing .

anyone tried haveing Clip-ons on their bike?
if yes which one and did they tighten the clutch.
                  (what was the cost PLZ)

Bro .. No need for coil rewinding and all. If you ask me i dint get it done. Just replace your battery with a 12v/5A, and change stock rectifier with one from Pulsar.

                    Thats it...

i have tested my cbz with clip ons but was not really happy with that
actually riding posture was awesome and riding was full of pleasure for a small rides but firstly clutch started making problem secondaly on long rides my back used to get stiffed....
thn i tried this p180-150 handle bar. it is good but i guess is still problematic with the clutch.

vese clip-ones costed me around 600rs... + fitting charges 50rs....

I bought Zma 2 Years back, before buying it i have waited a long to see the new CBZ because i love the classic CBZ i thought that hero honda will b improving the classic CBZ in better ways and i'll go for it only but i was very disappointed with extreme's design and then i shifted my mind towards Zma . I still love classic CBZ . It rocks

thanks for d Info bro.. well my plan was to put Fiero FX doom & then put Projectors in to them.. One of my frnd is testing d projecotor on his Uni & once he suceeds then am gona g ofor it..

Now the very next mod on line is to put FX doom cos d stock headlight doesnt have good spread & focus.

Well I am thinking of going for 5 or 7.5A Amaran battery.. I have Put K&N so I have place empty in stock air filter place so I better do that & put 55w osram & get done the DC which I should be very good when compared to stock bulbs.

well my SHE-BZ is due for tyres change ..

i have full trust on Zapper-Q but their availability is a issue.

recently hearing a lot about DUNLOP GEO CRUISER.
                              has anyone tried that one.

is it better than Zapper while banking at high speed or low inclination????

                              any other options ??
