K&N air filter will help the bike to breath properly and don't expect an improvement in performance..... Easy to change/clean as it is factory size...
I got it from Bangalore for 4.5 K
No idea about oil filter...Comment

has anyone used a dyno jet on their Ninja 250r and the Koso Rx2 digital meter?

I've read about a lot of guys buying K&N air filters for their bikes - but I've also heard that the bikes would need some adjustments, both in the engines and exhaust systems to actually benefit from the use of these hi-end filters. Is that true? And if so, what kind of adjustments?

the 250R does not require any manual adjustments for the KnN filter
The ECU automatically adjusts itself.Smoke rubber,not tobacco.
