The idling was very high, there are big radiator noise. When checked properly, the radiator was covered with atleast 3-4 mm of mud from the ride. The next day I took it to the washing center and cleaned and and everything turned out normal.
I too faced the same problem last week.... due to mud/slush sticking onto the radiator... Later, I cleaned the radiator as much as i could...vibrations stopped after this.

There's another problem, When the engine is cold, Idling is still high (goes upto 2.5 ~ 3 K rpm)...it automatically comes down after warming up

Yes boss, but with his bike the warm-up is required every time he starts it - not just the morning cold start. After we rode about 30kms on Sunday, he had a problem starting the bike itself after about two hours. it only fired after about 7-8 attempts.

I don't think that is normal; at least my bike doesn't behave that way.

Even after 6 days of sitting in the rain (under the covers) my engine came to life on the first try on Sunday.

Is it oil filter or air filter? KnN has both for ninja250r.. but they import it as per order, i guess.

I wanted to get an oil filter and their quote was 1.6k. Not sure about air filter.

Not sure about about the reviews..

I ordered the K&N air Filter (KA2508) on eBay and it cost me around 60 USD. Yet to plonk it in though. Second service @6k kms is due now. Will mostly plonk it in after that and post a review.

I dont see any disadvantages except that the service center will not honor the warranty. I have the K&N OE replacement type air filter in my esteem since the past 5 years and havent faced any issues.

If it happens even when the engine is warmed up and everytime u start the bike then there something missing yeah. PBK !
