    Its simple math bro.

3.00, 3.50, 4.00 is in terms of inches. 100, 120 is in terms of mm.But the side wall height varies based on /90, /80 etc.

    1 inch = 25.4 millimeters

Also got the chain cover cut from a nearby Welder. Welder already knew how much to cut since he has already done it on many occasions.

According to measures, 4.0 is equal to 100,but in actual size,3.50 is equal to 100 and 4.0 is equal to 110. You can measure any 110 sized tire and then measure Michelin M45 4.0.Simply if it is 100 ie the stock size, you don't have to bend the linkage rod & it doesn't looks wider than the stock tire.

Not exactly. The stock tyres side wall is just 90% i.e. 100/90 where as the 4.00's side wall will be 100% !! Hope you get it.

God knows who got M45 of 130mm.

Even the Sirac which I have is 120mm. And afaik thats the max we can put without modifying anything on ZMR. (Apart from chain case).

                            Sachin,

No need to cut Chain Cover. Using this without cutting it.
Even with a slight bent alloy wheels.

Needs very good mechanic to align that.

Very true. I thought of getting the chain case cut but finally removed them. So next time I can put small tyre and retain the stock case without any holes.
