        (2) whats true top speed? Whats most comfirtable top speed on which we can drive it for long. Please tell me your experience not general fact.

        (3) how much noise fairing will do on high speed? What help it will do except styling? Is it ok to remove it if yes is it easy and how?

        Regards

I have driven it @100-110 kmph continously for 150kms without breaks, and between 80-120kmph with breaks for 560kms in 8-9hrs..

Top Speed I had gone till date is 129-130kmph

Above 110kmph there is no noise you can hear except the gushing wind

thts correct the FI pump needs fuel otherwise it overheats and quickly burns out... and it cost upwards of 8000 ! so always keep ur tanks full as far as possible....

                  • Some issues

Had the 1st service done at around 700kms. Next service is (was) due last week

                    Few issues I've experienced:
                    a. I hear some squeaking noise from the rear as I ride
                    b. rear wheel touches the disk when I turn it with my hand (while bike is on center stand)
                    c. fuel guage bars are not very accurate indicator of how much fuel is there
                    d. Trip meters A and B are not mutually exclusive. With the trip meter set to B, even the trip meter A keeps accumulating kilometers. Dunno if this is normal or a bug in their firmware.
                    e. The headlights are really pathetic. I can hardly make out much difference in low beam and high beam.
                    f. Some gears make noise while changing. And I can never put it in neutral when bike is at standstill. I have to release half-clutch, give some throttle and then flip the gear into neutral.
                    g. In 2nd gear also, if I slow down for a speedbreaker, the bike just stalls with a pssssss sound as if someone cut off the connection to the engine. Lack of torque? I don't know.

No it should not happen. Contact SVC and get it resolved. No big issue.

                      c. fuel guage bars are not very accurate indicator of how much fuel is there
Yes it is true but will get used to it in the long run.
REFUEL FULL tank and when TWO bars start blinking, REFUEL again.

                      d. Trip meters A and B are not mutually exclusive. With the trip meter set to B, even the trip meter A keeps accumulating kilometers. Dunno if this is normal or a bug in their firmware.
                      Please explain more.

                      e. The headlights are really pathetic. I can hardly make out much difference in low beam and high beam.
Correct but I do City driving @ night and hence not a problem to me.
Will change to HIDs some day.

                      f. Some gears make noise while changing. And I can never put it in neutral when bike is at standstill. I have to release half-clutch, give some throttle and then flip the gear into neutral.
+1 but will reduce further after SECOND service.

                      g. In 2nd gear also, if I slow down for a speedbreaker, the bike just stalls with a pssssss sound as if someone cut off the connection to the engine. Lack of torque?
Second gear is totall sucks after you slow down. Third gear is better.
Less torque and hence move to First and accelerate.

                      I don't know.

put your bike in the center stand and put the gear in neutral.mix surf with water and use a sponge to clean the disk. apply your rear brake slowly so as to allow the disk to rotate in a reduced manner.the idea here is to remove dirt/oil residue from the brake pads.repeat this procedure one or two timea and you'll get to eliminate most of the scratching noise.

                            • i have been using 55w headlight bulb (Philips) without relay from last two weeks....run approx 20-22 KM in night daily...i think load is there on battery...as per the symptoms Neo88 have mentioned like horns...and LCD...

Facing a horns sound get low when a headlight is on...sometime it is working fine and sometimes very low...

In Start there is no issue...but yes, when i start feeling a LCD console little bit of Blink...which i think previously it was not...

I was thinking of putting this problems here in XBP but forgot it...and i should remove this now...what you say Neo88?

Possibly this must be due to monsoon season .. may some moisture might have accumulated or rust
