have seen this exhaust on a friends Zma . was not too impressive for the price . sound is not very loud ,just decent though at high rpms it does have a nice growl , dont expect any big power gains from this on a Zmr .

You have done HID in your Bike I presume.
          Is it BI-XENON HID?

          Nice profile pics.

anmol, the HH engine oil that we fill up in the SVC's is a little darker, so the best check for the engine oil is, take a drop in your hand spread it out and see if its still dark...

usually the ZMR oil last for 4500-5000 kms with little top-up of 200-300 ml after 3000 kms. I usually do long trips and keep a regular check on the engine oil and i follow the same change cycle

Yes first I had put dual tube HID with which I could turn ON both beams together. But removed it as it was highly impossible for on coming vehicles to face the light.

Now using Single Tube Motorized Bi-Xenon HID.

even HH recommends to change the oil every 2000kms.. how can it be used till 4500kms?

                  • Guys today i was at HH service center at Mahim for my ZMR. Spoke to the head mechanic Kevin there abt disc pads and lot of other stuff.

                    1. ZMR disc pads cost 1050 mumbai. I opened up packing and they are NISSIN made. Fotos below for your reference. Saw nissin logo on them. Please do not use UNICORN disc pads ( 350rs) on ZMR or ZMA. They are different in size. ( if they could be used , we could have used hunk and extreme disc pads too, they said) so stick to NISSIN. See the NISSIN logo on the disc pads .

                    2. The service center has newly got alloy wheel alignment facility, so we know were to head in mumbai.

                    3. ZMR tested for almost 80,000kms by HH. Injector cleaning need not be done till 1 lac kms. after 1 lac kms, the injector cleaning is done on a machine made by BOSCH which is again avail at Fortpoint , Mahalaxmi. The liquids used for cleaning and all are an optional way to clean injectors, but it doesnt come close to like the way it is cleaned on the BOSCH machine.

thanks for sharing about the disc pads.

BTW - today i serviced my both bikes and they added some additive oil after filling engine oil. what's this additive for? and do HH recommends it?

OFFTOPIC- after service my zma-r's speedo and odo stopped working,
it was ok, but after i took it home it was not working. due to rain i couldnt get it checked today.

thank god everything is ok with zmr.

HH service is getting poorer day by day

                          Microsoft_guy,
I do not know your case but when I change mine every 1000 kms it becomes dark.
The SVC person also praises me for this good habit. Reason is the City traffic of KOLKATA.

                          Shreeni,
Thanks for the information. Looking seriously for this upgradation.
Single HID is perfect, I guess.

Great inputs MAN. But did he highlight anything on the wearing of my break pads so fast?

For ZMR they have mentioned oil change for every alternate service, so it usually lasts for 4-5K kms.
