There are four reasons why a FI engine will run lean. The reasons are:-
1. Fuel filter clogged due to dirt. This in return will not allow fuel pump to suck enough amount of fuel and thus bike will run lean. With the quality of petrol available can be a cause.

2. Injector dirty- A dirty injector will cause improper fuel spray. ZMR has 12 hole injectors. The holes are as small as your hair. If a few holes are dirty then also it will cause improper fuel spray. Use system G for some days and it will clean, else you have to clean the injector manually from those MICO diesels or Lucas TVS shops.

3. MAF sensor dirty- The maf sensor is located in the throttle body. If its gets dirty it will send error in amount of air coming in the cylinder and in turn will cause engine to run lean.

4. O2 sensor- Remember Karizma runs closed loop at part throttle. If there is some carbon deposits on the O2 sensor in exhaust it will cause the ECU to read bike is running rich and will thus make the ECU to lean out the mixture.

Really informative

I got a new headlight setup for Snowy after my 35watt 4300k HID set up went kaput after 2years of usage!
Now replaced with a 55w 4300k HID....and a pair of 12watt Led projectors as auxiliaries!!
Have kept a different switch all together for the Projectors so i habe the option of using either my headlight or my Led setup when not required!! Have repositioned my horn in a suitable place coz have mounted the projectors on the bracket where the horn was placed previously!
Pics:
Yet to click pics of it in the dark on an arrow straight road!!

Thanks Vijay!!!
I got the HID kit for about 3800/-
The pair of projectors for Rs1350/-
Paid 300/- as installation of both!!
Total around 5450/-

I have mounted both the horns together at the centre bolt on the original horn bracket!!!

Have used the set up for around a week now...with no strain on the battery!! Mostly i use only the led projector in city.....and plonk the HID on highways where i switch off the Led's.

Never knew there could be so many reasons behind this.. i have yo look for a proper mechanic who would do this as in ASC they are not even aware of fuel filter. Even if they are aware, they will say replace it..

Dude.. seriously??

why did they use the term Squirting??

And the real reason of rotating the wheel and stamping the brake while tightening is to make the disc or drum come in maximum contact with brake pad or shoe.
So could this be the reason Akkiben is facing issues with his rear brakes??

There's a tiny hole at the rake that permits water to drain through, but at times a water might squirt out, thats because of the exhaust release pressure. I've heard in RC exhausts, after rains the water would squirt out with force to some 5~10mts.

Its to centre the rear wheel and also to make sure that the brakes are in even contact.
