      Get the Switch replaced.. if that doesn't solve it, get the brake lever changes along with the switch.. the lever will cost you approx 80/- and switch will cost you 30-40/-

        At the max you need to change the piston ring's, along with polishing the valves, changing the valve oil seal and head gasket. In Rs. 17000 we can overhaul the whole engine including changing to new bore piston, new crank, new clutch and timing gears.

        Heads do not have faults. At most in heads valves are changed along with valve oil seal and nothing else.
        I agree with @sibun. At max, valves, valve seats, a new piston (with rings)....or may be a cylinder kit. For a 17000 budget, you can use the spare amount to come to Kolkata and we can ride to Bhutan!!

        BTW, somebody please suggest me a yellowish headlight bulb brighter than the stock one and something that does not cause inconvenience to oncoming traffic.

              any options for a 6000k hid ???
              I want to change my 8000k to either 6000k or 4300k I am not satisfied with the 8000k projector
              betw is it possible to install osram night breaker inside the projector assembly will it work the way it has to???

                Go for 4300 K.. you might get the bulbs online but very difficult..

                and nope, you cannot install ONB inside the projector assembly. I tried and it failed

                      go for a 35W, no harm in it.. also, if you are going for a HID, go for the branded ones and not the local ones.. Smart is a good brand which I found to be genuine in HID.. I am planning to get it after I come back to Delhi.. costs 5600 for a pair.. means 2800 for single piece and I guess it is totally worth it.. if I find someone to share the money with me. I would be happy i will have to look for someone

                              There are no cars <30L that come with HIDs. For them, you have ze germans!
                              Skoda's halogen projectors are good, but they're 8k a piece.
                              Maruti doesn't sell Wagon R Stingray's projector as a SKU, you've to buy the whole headlamp assy. Didn't bother asking the price.

                              P220 never came with HIDs. Low beam = H7 halogen + projector; high beam = H7 halogen + reflector.
