Well of course I never said he can't. I don't know him well enough.
My longest run was 1370kms from opposite edge of Bangalore to Hyderabad up and down in two days but I am still to attempt anything as praise worthy as him.

I might do another crazy run next year or soon after I buy a 600cc + beast.. K2K (Kashmir to Kanyakumari)
I love to tour
I love to ride
it is just, my office is just 3 kms from my house and I don't ride after I reach home.. Gym in the morning and going to office soon after i return is too tiring.. I have done long runs on my bike.. I can complete 5000 kms in a matter of weeks times.. but the thing is, my marriage is up next week and my parents don't even let me go out.. They insisted me in going to office in car.. I managed to go for a week but I couldn't resist from riding my Black Pearl.. (I had a big cut on my head when in gym with heavy bleeding so Mom insisted I go in car) had I gone on bike I would have crossed 45000 by now
Oh Yeah, I completed 3500 kms last month
touring the Passes of Himachal.. Rohtang Pass and Chanshal Pass..

Chanshal

Fetching Mountain water for Maggi and to drink at 12500 Ft above sea level in freezing conditions

The Tourer in me will come alive from Feb and I will start touring again (also in the money saving mode for my next bike) also in the process of searching for better opportunities and if I get the package I am expecting, I will have enough money to save for my next big bike and for touring on my Black Pearl
Me in New Delhi
I can complete those kms today itself if I wish to.. but the fact is, I have to be safe with my marriage next week (My mom's order)
Oh that's too bad. Maybe we'll meet up if the pan India g2g ever happens. Happy riding anyway.

Ok. The relay is located next to the battery. The starter relay.. the wire coming from starter motor connects the battery and self starter motor..Originally posted by VIJAY BHUYAN88 View PostDivya Bhai Reneav suggested me to check out battery terminals and relay. My Joy is also dead stock at 4 lacs kilometers. Ya the engine has been overhauled 3 times but the body hasn't been worked upon. Bike is still having the original clutch levers and brake levers. Even the throttle cable is the original that came with the bike. The rear wheel bearings are original.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostCongo on the 45k boss. My bikes first engine overhauling was done at 1.25 lacs kms.

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
You wont bother with the pads much once you've scratched your rotor(I was inexperienced then and followed SVC guidelines). And not to mention difficulty in sourcing it(still havent received a call back from Diya after ordering it.)Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostValid points. But didn't you inspect the pads before replacing? I know there are a lot of factors involved in determining the life of them pads, but still???

You can even say that I'm a bit paranoid, but with safety and scarcity of spares weighing on the other side I decided to be more sceptical with regard to replacement of consumables, but then again you're right. Its always best to be your own judge in such matters.

That was temporary, they kicked me out of the US and am back to Bangalore, couple more months to complete my PG's.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostIsn't he out of India now?
The play varies depending on the brake pad wear, nearing the end of my pads I could bring the lever close to the grip with some effort(Not recommended.).Originally posted by sarkartheruler View PostBro, I performed the bleeding process last week with kmk bro's help. As for the brake pads, I got them inspected at ASC during last service and they said they were fine. Bike gas run 13K so far. Brakes are definitely tighter as there was a lot of dust in the fluid earlier to the bleeding process. My only concern now is the freeplay.
I am planning to remove the muffler shield as it has too many scratches now. I don't carry pillions anyways. Do you think its a bad idea to ride without that shield?
Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Its better to keep the shield on, as I've learnt one thing from experience is to keep all the stock parts intact. In a fall its best to let the shield shell off some friction rather than to have the mounts scrape and resist against the tarmac.
Jobless and frustrated but still kicking, if it werent for you guys I would've pulled all my hairs out by now.Originally posted by rreneav1987 View PostHe is back to India and he is more evil than before
