The light blinks randomly it does not always start blinking when i start the bike. sometimes it does not some time it does. What could be the problem guy?

I am not an expert, but I know for fact that one of the reasons for blinking engine light is no/loose connection of headlight assembly. Actually I open my fairing a lot of times, and I have to disconnect the wires going to the headlight assembly (the tilt sensor is also disconnected). If the bike is driven like this, the engine malfunction light will keep blinking, but it's not a real problem.

So I would suggest you to check that particular joint/coupling which is tucked on the inner right side of the fairing and leads to the headlight assembly.

I reached home at night yesterday. Lots to share. Will post a log.

There were only a few scary moments in the trip, but the one that stood out was my bike dying all of a sudden at 5:30 PM in a naxal infested zone with 140 km still to do and none of the people I called picked the phone!

Didn't call me. At least I would have picked

Wait for the T-log.

Got both tires changed. Also, both valves on the rim.
Front is stock Zapper FS 80/100-18 TL. Rear is 100/90-18 Zapper Q TL. Wanted to fit CEAT vertigo 120/80-18 but it was hitting the rear brake rod.
I so envy ZMA owners now.

CEAT vertigo which I tried to fit. Maybe next time. Was even ready to cut the chain guard, but it was touching both sides.

Not only chain case , 120mm tyre rubs upper mudguard as well. That's the main reason I removed Michelin Sirac (not Sirac Street)

On seeing your post i remember, i have to change my extreme tyres, same size as your ZMR.

But i am thinking of going for Ceat secura Zoom for front. Coming in 80/100-18 and TL.

As for rear thinking of going for Mrf Zapper C.

Despite proper riding habits and everything, clutch plates are getting repeatedly fried. Please help!!

BTW, am planning to upgrade the rear tyre to 120/80/18. Price quoted for the rear broad wheel was about INR 6,000. Way to high....any suggestions Bhai log ??

For clutch plates getting fried. Do these:-

1. While fitting buy one night prior and dip it in engine oil overnight. This will soak the plate and make it last long. The most neglected part by any mechanic.

2. Change the clutch cable as with time it gets jam and thus clutch slips while releasing.

3. Keep proper play in clutch. In fact i like to keep more play than required for better lasting of plates.

4. Check the clutch housing for any grooves on the aluminum housing. Also check the play in housing and clutch teeth.

Check the clutch center and clutch plates holder for any wear. Can't remember the part name.

Be prepared for tyre rubbing chain case, upper mud guard. Also in case of taking out the wheel, dealing with brake assembly is a mess. Take precaution.

AFAIK, nope! The half chain guard didn't fit either.

Half chain guard is just a plastic piece. Drill holes as required and you are good to go. I am using one from long time, I think it is from Yamaha Gladiator or Enticer (forgot ).

Thanks, sibun.

Well, last time, the entire clutch assembly was changed. After changing the clutch plates, I left the bike standing for more than a day. That's why I am worried if there's more to it than meets the eye.
Shreeni0403 hmm.......you are right, but I'm unable to get Zapper Q 110.

BTW, my ZMR's issues are weird. Although to my calculations I have travelled more than 20,000 KM, it shows just over 8,000. Even the two trip meters differ at times!!
